Yes watches are working, you just can’t unlock the phone with your watch when you have a mask on
Mines working fine to unlock with a mask on. After the phone was set up I got a notification on my watch after opening the watch app on iPhone that asked if I wanted to transfer my watch to new phone, it was done in about 5 mins and works as normal.
Correct. I also disabled the option to unlock the watch with my phone, then re-enabled it, no issue there.
Not this forum in particular, but mine gets warm in the top left area.

can you set both to 30/40% brightness via Siri, I want to see if the 13 pro max is dimmer than the 12 pro max, hopefully it's just my tired eyes after such a long day, I'm having to bump up the brightness 10% more than I would on my 12 pro max.

I transferred mine between phones in the same way, but get the can’t communicate error when trying to enable the unlock option. Seems to be hit and miss if it works or not, and is a miss for quite a few of us.

I don’t want a 12 screen brightness, one reason I ditched it for a pro.
download ad guard from the App Store its free, then go into settings, safari, extensions and enable it, no more issues after that, even the owner recommends it, unless you want to pay $20 a year.
Hopefully I'm just tripping, seems like I'm having to put my brightness a bit higher on my 13 pro max.
