Does it really matter? It is Friday, WWDC is on Monday, you'll know soon enough.
Yes it matters! It will ease my mind until then so I don't have to go through the whole weekend.... I mean he doen't have to announce the whole date I guess...just give us a clue (a hard one) to figure it out by ourselves!

I'm damn sure the contents of these boxes would be all over the net right now if they were real...and there wouldn't be a thing Apple could do to establish WHO opened their box..
Because I enjoy reading many of these threads. I am very interested in the new iPhone or any other new products that may be coming but I am not going to hound people to get a date or a clue from them. We know WWDC is on Monday, there is a 99% chance that new products will be announced which will probably include the new 3G iPhone and the new products will likely be available right away or very soon after.
So Steve will have to show off the new video conferencing feature - he's calling someone down under to get an update on the new Sydney store. .....quick, someone check the passenger manifests for all Qantas flights from SFO to Sydney!! Look for a "Ronald Johnson".
