OMG!!! I just got this in. At least one Apple reseller in Brussels received similar mysterious mail this morning. It's not a box but an envelope, see picture.
Although the envelope is very thin my sources confirm that the enveloppe actually contains the new version op the iPhone which is in fact much more slimmer then originally thought. You can see clearly see that this is not a hoax because Steve Jobs himself sent the letter! I also weighs very little looking at the postage stamp.
We also got a picture of the envelope as it was being delivered by the mailman in attach. Rumor goes his name is Freddy and he knows a guy that knows a guy that actually heard from another guy that the new iPhone also contains a built in pepper spray. However, this I cannot confirm.
I didn't realize USPS delivered to Brussels!
"Do not open until June 10th 2008"
Hmmm So then at midnight on monday morning.... pictures on macrumors!
i just hope its got one of these sexy babies in it:

Tempting, but like myself waiting to open presents on xmas, even though I know what I am getting, sometimes waiting just makes it that much better.![]()
Alright, prove it. Open the box.
It's just a load of posters and banners for something called "Appdell". One poster shows what appears to be an iMac but relabled a "Winmac", with Vista loaded, and Mac OS X running in a window on the screenshot. Another, cryptically, says "Who says you can't get the best of both worlds? Say hello to Appdell", with a picture of Steve Jobs next to some guy I don't recognize (edit: I think it's Michael Dell.)
Hmmm, interesting: There's a packet of stickers here marked as something to put on all "existing" Mac models. The stickers say "Note: Appdell will continue to support Mac OS X on all compatible Mac models through 2012"
Another interesting poster: This one shows what looks like an iPhone (slightly different though, is it the new 3G perhaps?) but refers to it as "iPhone from iTunes". There's no Apple logo on it. I'm also pulling out a poster with a picture of what looks like an AppleTV, only it's billed as "iTunes TV".
Not really sure what to make of all of this. Maybe "Appdell" is a misprint?
I have to agree with the post that said , they could make up a label and have it look like that.
IMHO that is definetly a fake
I think it is real.
However there is no iphone or other electrical device in the box. It is all marketing material. The circular stamp is from the Shang Hai Group which specialise in printing material.

Apple does not ship sensitive packages with Apple logo on it.
It it were to open on June 10, it'll arrive on June 9.
...apple screwed up and put the label on the wrong side.
