Yeah mine is still in Shanghai. I thought it had left as they normally depart quite quickly. They should move today

Apple estimates are always conservative. It should be dispatched next week or possibly at the end of this week if they are catching up

As a follow-up to my earlier post, I now have a firm delivery date.

S2SS Ordered: 3 November
Original delivery dates: 3-10 December
Adjusted delivery dates: 23 November - 1 December
Expected delivery post shipping: 17 November

So I guess I was one of the lucky ones who got it early, although I noticed from other posts that this isn't always the case and many receive their towards the end of the estimated delivery dates.
 
Mine's saying shipping now, via TNT, with estimated delivery of 21 Nov. of course, as luck would have it, on the morning of 21 Nov I have to head bush for a fortnight for work, so I'll doubtless get to see it via FaceTime for a while before seeing it in the flesh.

Yeah mine arrives on Thursday via UPS when I am at work so either I will have to divert it to the office and arrange to have it delivered on Friday when I am working from home

It's my first post in this forum hope I find a great time here in this lovely forums.
Hope everyone gets their watchs on time
It's really disappointed for me i have 2 order placed on 28 & 30 Oct
Till this day nothing happened and give me the same ships 3-4 weeks

My Best Buy also just received a whole bunch of Series 2 Apple Watches in stock, likely before Black Friday. Picked one up yesterday.

Did they have the 42mm Nike Watches in Space Gray? (With either band color)

On the BB website using my zip code, it says there are no 42mm space gray Nikes for 250 miles. :(

No, but the site says I can walk in and get it on the 18th.
 
Just set up my SB SS42 Series 2 which arrived today just 10 days after ordering it from Apple. Its looking really boss and has no marks or chips.
Aesthetically, I don't like it as much as the standard SS. It's less conspicuous and not as blingy as the Series 2 SS and thats the idea as it will be a daily workhorse and not a piece of stand out jewellery.
I shall keep my standard SS 42 Series 2 for weekends.

Totally agree with you, ups is useless, which is why I opted for in store pick up. Arrived yesterday, pickin up today :)

Has anyone seen Black Friday discounts on Series 2 Apple Watches? I've only seen BF discounts on series 1 watches. (Target $72 off MSRP, Best Buy $50 off MSRP, Kohls 15 Kohls cash per $50 spent)

Well after waiting an extra day, I have it. I like it. I was in the same boat as other friends who ask, whats the point, but I find it a useful extension. Heck I don't even carry my phone around the house as much now. Didn't install every watch app though as a bit silly. Battery life on 3.1 has been way better than I expected. At the end of the day, I had like 68% left. Be interesting if I make it to the gym today and see how a long day and workouts affects it. I'm glad I finally got one. I like that you can interact with some notifications if you need to without pulling the phone out.

Just wanted to point out with my experience with my Apple watch purchase. I was looking for the SS either with the white sports hand or the black one. The black one was the only one in Stock at 2 stores only. The silver one said avaliable by Dec 20th at all the stores except for one in long Island which closes early. So I went to the Apple store that said had a black one and no white one and just asked if they had the white and they said yes. Left the store happy with my white one instead of grudgingly with a black one.
 
It seems that some models' availability has improved a lot this week... I ordered a S2 space grey sport band on Nov 5th and it was estimating 3-4 weeks delivery. It's now been shipped and will be here by the 24th (so a little under 3 weeks). I also just checked stock of this model in store and all seem to have it (I'm checking from N. Ireland, so Belfast, Glasgow and Edinburgh etc. showing up as closest); none of these stores had any stock for the entire first week of November as I was checking daily.

Honestly off my experience I would go to a store or just call around. I got a SS with White sports band yet the place I went said the store would have it on Dec 20th which clearly it isn't yet lol
