Yep my local store has the 42mm Black Stainless for the first time today, so I ordered for pickup, and cancelled my Internet order!
I was just looking online for an AW2. I saw the gold aluminum 42MM and really liked the looks of it. I ordered via Best Buy and had it in 2 days. Go figure.
BTW, I'm really enjoying this watch. It has mostly what I want. It looks great and classy to me, and the health functions are important to me. It's like an iPhone sidekick to me.

Nice. Is this your first Apple Watch? I sold my black stainless in return for the regular stainless. I'm on the fence if I should purchase a black one again.
No I had had the black and regular stainless in series one. I sent my black series two back but am gifting my Black Series 1 so am getting the black Series 2 for myself. Do not wear it all the time but enjoy it when I do.
I have the stainless series 2 and waiting for the black stainless series 2 to arrive. Still stuck on 28th November - 5th December
I just checked http://www.istocknow.com/live/ and they had the Stainless Steel Black 42mm I wanted in stock in one of the San Francisco stores. Picking it up today and canceling my online order which said it would deliver between November 28th to December 5th. Looks like a wave of new watches came in, as many stores across the country suddenly have stock.
Not in the uk we dont lol. You guys have got plentiful supplies centrally and on the east and west coasts. But Not a sniff in Europe
I'm kind of divided. Regular Stainless Series 2 or Black Stainless Series 2? It's basically Down to the color for me. Thoughts?

I like both but I think that the black SS is more durable. The standard stainless does show wear and tear more easily in terms of scratches so i am keeping that i one for weekends as it's a little more bling and will wear the black ss at work during the week when it arrives

For some reason I like the black. I even use the black or storm grey leather loop with my black AW. It has the right look for me but then again my last three vehicles have been black also.
It is a personal thing, but I do suggest the SS no mater what color for the durability.
I only buy Black for Vehicles as well. Thanks for your input.
I buy white cars. They are easier to clean and don't show swirl marks or paint imperfections and road rash as much as lighter colored cars
My Space Black SS 42mm has just moved to PFD - Original date 28th Nov to 5th Dec so 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Normally about 4 days from China to the UK so I should have it by Friday

Thought I'd chance my luck and called up the Shibuya store this afternoon. They had a couple of Nike plus watches in stock. I quickly went to the store and grabbed a 42mm black and volt. They only had 1 left after that. I spoke to a guy who works there and he said they get a few in randomly but not very many.
Ordered two 38mm aluminum S2s on October 24th, as well and they're being prepared for shipment since last night. Shipping date remains at November 22nd-29th, though. I'm sure they'll arrive earlier than the 29th, though.

UPS say mine will be here on Thursday and they are normally spot on as it always seems to be 4 working days. Its now dispatched and has left China so if the route is the same as it was with my previous two watches, its on its way to Kazakhstan, Korea, Germany and then the UK
