Here is a guarantee. All of you who claim they will never upgrade to ios 7 will all have done so within 4 weeks.

I've previously said this, but I'm definitely not updating my iPhone 4 as it is getting old and is lagging enough on iOS5. I'll get a 5S when I'm ready and not when iOS7 forces me to do so.

My iPad will probably be updated when apps are updated and the out of place look drives me mad.

From a software point of view it makes NO logical sense to stay on an older version of a software. "The icons are ugly" is not a legitimate argument.

iOS 7 brings better multi-tasking, background updates, new APi's so that you can use game controllers to play games, airdrop to easily share files with people near by. What Does iOS 6 give you? The best of 2007?

These "I'm not updating" threads are getting ridiculous and tiresome. You WILL update. If not now, you will be forced to later.

Uh... That's silly. You cannot see a logical reason to not update, but that's your myopia showing, not a lack of reasons.

Each new update makes all currently existing hardware slower. For some, the new functionalities are worth the loss of speed. For others, they aren't. In my iPhone 3GS, I'm still using iOS 5, something that Apple itself has made easier now that it's offering "legacy" apps.

I'm looking through these topics to see if iOS 7 adds keyboard lag to the iPad 3 or not. For now, the OP here and some others claim it does, so I will wait before updating. Most of my apps work and I'm mostly happy with the product I have (iWork could use an update, though), so even if I could never get new apps I wouldn't be "forced" to get iOS 7.

I wish the iFanboys wouldn't try to speak for everyone. There are many different points of view out there.
