Also wtf Apple.
WHAT ABOUT CANADA!?!
I don't know why you think this is an Apple problem. Do you really think Apple DOESN'T WANT to sell high end headphones to a wealthy, English speaking (for packaging and marketing) western country?

I'm sure there is a regulatory issue preventing this and you can blame the Canadian government for this.

Haven’t had any luck with regular AirPods, they just don’t fit.

I ended up with Powerbeats Pro when they came out and they’ve been great! However, over the last year and a half it has been difficult dealing with the ear hook + glasses + mask strap. I almost bought AirPod pros the other day but held off, and I’m glad I did. I’ll be getting a pair of these soon!

About once a month my AirPods need to be put back in the case to 'reset'. Do you ever find your Beats needing that?
No, though I don't find I need to do that with my AirPods, either. They mostly just work, but I keep them in the case when I'm not using them.

Powerbeats Pro -> most secure workout headphones I have ever used (when the car runs you over on the side of the road they will stay on).
i agree. i got ran over by a bus once. the bus driver came out and was like "oh no. those earbuds look expensive! i hope i didn't break them." i said, "no worries. they're not broken and are still playing music right now" and everyone on the bus cheered.

I know there’s a reason and not on Apple entirely
Im just eager to get it asap

Does anyone else find it weird he did a review of these headphones but in every photo he didn't even tuck the wingtip in? That's sorta the entire point of the design... he must have seen how Kim Kardashian was wearing them in that spy photo and thought it was correct. ;-)

I'd love to try them, unfortunately for whatever reason I developed an allergy to the silicone tips that Apple uses on their headphones. Causes a horrible rash with both the Beats and AirPods Pro. Pretty happy with the AP3 though but these do look pretty sweet.

I'm nearly certain these are the same tips as the Studio Buds use and Comply and others already have foam versions available. If there is any size difference (again I seriously doubt it) they will have a new version shortly. https://www.complyfoam.com/collections/beats-dr-dre

AirPods Pro still has a way smaller case, which is a very important thing for any “portable“ thing.

I just can’t wait for AirPods Pro 2.

I suspect the AirPods Pro 2 will be similar in size / shape to the Beats Studio Buds (ie. no stem, bud design, but also no wingtips). I'm sure they will bring new features to the table in terms of better ANC/transparency etc. but I have "one of those ears" that makes these things fall out so for now the Beats Fit Pro are little miracles, finally all the features of an AirPod Pro in a more secure design.

I got the Beats Studio Buds this year and really like them when exercising. Have an older set of Jabra 65Ts that I use at work. i suspect when my Jabras die, I'm gonna move my Beats Studio Buds to my briefcase and buy these for exercising.

They aren’t discontinuing their Powerbeats Pros are they? I love mine & much prefer the behind the ear design With the physical buttons. So much more convenient for someone who’s very active like me.

i've got to believe they will be either discontuining them OR making a verison 2. they are now seriously old for the market, lack 2+ years worth of new features that apple and beats offer the market, and cost way more than other headphones with way more tech. add in the years of complaints about the size of the case and charging issues I just thing big changes are coming. my guess? i think they get discontinued and beats leaves the over the ear hook design for other companies to pursue because they think these new Fit Pro headphones solve the security issue (when you hook the wings in they do NOT come out even in violent workouts and sports) while improving everything else. i know headphones are a personal choice so i'm not discounting the fact you like the old design better but i'm just being honest i think you are in a tiny minority (at least once people try these new generation headphones) and beats will likely think it isn't worth keeping the design even in a version 2.

Side tracking a bit: was it just me or was the Apple Store page for wireless earphones, three headphones like Beats Solo Pro Wireless is turned into "not defined" and that includes the Power Beats Pro (with just three colors left).........

And I can't even find the Beats Fit Pro on the store page lol

Is it normal? ???

Can you confirm that? They sure look very similar to me, even down to how they’re packaged in the box.
Yes. Watch the video review in the subject. He specifically talks about it and shows the difference.

Instant buy, I get mine Friday. I've used Airpods, Beats Powerbeats Pro, Airpods Pro, Beats Studio Buds, and now Beats Fit Pro.

AirPods -> fall out of my ear instantly, even walking. Putting aftermarket "wings" on them fixed the problem but you had to take it on and off every time you removed it from the case which was unacceptable long term. Also the lack of ANC is a big problem since I use headphones extensively on airplanes every week.

Powerbeats Pro -> most secure workout headphones I have ever used (when the car runs you over on the side of the road they will stay on). sound very good if a bit heavy on the bass and because of their tight fit even though they don't have ANC you do "ok" on airplanes. on the side of the road running you won't hear that car coming though. the biggest problem? huge case, huge price, and major problems with the case not charging the headphones after a few months due to wonky fit and this is something that ends up affecting nearly everyone who has bought these over an extended period of time. No wireless charging too.

AirPods Pro -> a much better fit but STILL falls out during runs, great sound, all the cool "Apple Ecosystem" features. the ANC is *very good* and the transparency mode is like magic. The fit is the major issue for me and this became my "non-workout" headphones and then I used Powerbeats Pro for workouts. The two headphone lifestyle was not fun.

Studio Buds -> came out of left field and shocked me. first the sound is near identical to the AirPods Pro which is to say: outstanding. the fit is AMAZING for me and really stays in the ear... they do not fall out during runs although on occasion loosen a bit so I push them back in firmer. They also look so much better to me without the stems. I have been wearing these as my ONLY headphones since they launched... BUT (and there is always a BUT)... the "nice stuff" from AirPods was missing. First off ANC was only 75% as good. Still plenty good for airplanes but it was clearly noticeably not as good as the AirPods Pro. Transparency mode on these SUCK and basically give you a hint of the world outside your music but everything sounds fake and hard to understand. No way I could carry a conversation leaving these in and not nearly as safe on runs. And finally all the nice stuff from AirPods... they don't turn off when you remove them from your ear, no spatial audio, no auto switching when moving between Apple devices etc. The thing is... the small size, great fit, great sound made it still worth it... UNTIL...

Fit Pro -> these look like my loved Studio Buds but with EVERYTHING fixed. Same great fit but with the wingtips that eliminate all remaining worries about loosening or falling out? CHECK. Same great sound? Reviews say even better CHECK. Better ANC? They say it is now the equal of AirPods Pro CHECK. Better Transparency mode? Thank god, the reviews say the same as AirPods Pro again: CHECK! All the nice Apple features like auto stop, spatial audio, switching etc. CHECK! Still no wireless... can't win 'em all.

I obviously have spent way too much on earphones but finally I think my dream buds are here... AirPods Pro with a more secure, fitness focus fit while ditching the stem? Yes please. I'll check back in next week and let you know how it is going.
Please do. I am on the fence about buying these. I tried AirPods, AirPods Pro, Jabra 85T.. all of those fell out of my ears even after trying the various tips. The Studio Buds were the first to come along with some semblance of a decent fit. They still tend to float in my ears so the bass isn't all that great. Still, they are far superior fit-wise than anything else I've tried. I'm hoping the wingtips help keep them even more secure. Like you, I would love to be able to take advantage of all that the H1 chip gives us in terms of Apple ecosystem functionality.

One thing I will say regarding pricing is that I jumped on the bandwagon and ordered the Studio Buds as soon as they were available on the Apple Store app. I should have waited as it wasn't all that long afterwards that they showed up at Costco, even in my beloved Product Red color.

Thanks.

Wireless charging is kind of a big deal for me, but I’d def consider for when biking if they had these in red!

like i mentioned, i have really high hopes. i've put wingtips like these on airpods (the ones that for me literally fall out if i don't remain still as a statue) and they made the airpods 100% secure for everything including workouts... the problem was i had to install and remove them from the airpods every single time i used them AND find a place to store them separate from the case. since the studio buds finally have a 90% solid fit (won't fall out running but do "float" like you said over time, and i wouldn't trust them in stuff like crossfit, tennis, etc.) i think the wingtips will make these essentially perfect. combined with adding back in all the missing airpod pro style features and adding way better ANC and transparency... man i hope these are what i think they are.

Just need to know if they're comparable to the Powerbeats Pro and that the charging case and establishing contact with the contact points isn't a nightmare like it is now with the PBP. If they're just as good and the case/charging is fine, then I'll be buying these.
