I saw Red Sparowes on Monday night, supported by a great band called The Pirate Ship Quintet.

On the 3rd August I'm going to see Acid Mother's Temple and the Cosmic Inferno

Oh no way!! That's awesome!! I love the Acid Mother's !!

I just saw Muse yesterday. I had no idea that they were so f***ing good live . Probably the best show I've seen in my life and they didn't even use all of their paraphernalia (like they did on Wembley stadium). Bellamy's performance was mind-blowing

Duff-Man says.....I have tickets for Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds in Denver on Sept 26. I've seen him many times since the mid 80's and he's always been very good, but I am a bit hesitant this time as I really disliked the Grinderman album and I think Dig Lazarus Dig is pretty weak also.

After that, I have tickets for Peter Hammill in Phoenix on Oct 2. I last saw him as part of his VdGG reunion show in May 2005 at the RFH in London but have not seen a solo show since 1990...really looking forward to this one as he always puts so much into his performances....oh yeah!

just got back from camp bisco in albany, NY.. a mind- numbing showcase of electronica and jam.. it was some of the most cutting-edge stuff i've seen onstage in awhile. about to skip off to chicago for lollapalooza next week.. who else is going, and who are you anticipating the most??

I just got back from Bisco as well. An absolute awesome timee. I had way more fun there than I did at Rothbury.

Who was your favorite act?

Just saw Widespread Panic last night at the House of Blues Myrtle Beach. Rockin! They played from 9P until 1A. Needless to say I'm struggling at work right now...

I felt like I met so many people at Bisco that had attended Rothbury as well.. I wanted to go but couldn't organize in time, so I'm glad to hear you had as much fun at bisco as well :p i could have stayed there for says... i would have to say telepath was my greatest discovery, and i was most anticpating the new deal and bassnectar, who definitely delivered. it was great just to walk around and take in a piece of every set, though. what about you? heading to any more festivals this summer?

No more festivals for me. Bassnectar was amazing like usual, I've seen him about 6 times. His set at Rothbury was simply epic and I would murder someone to find a live recording of it.

The New Deal tore it up. Orchard Lounge, The Egg and 2020 Soundsystem jaw dropping.

Shpongle is always nice to see. I've seen Simon twice now but what I really want to see is that Shpongle Live show in London this Halloween. I will probably shed a tear that night knowing I'm not there and that they will never play again.

Younger Brother Live Band was very nice even though it sounded like the other few live shows they did here in the States.

MSTRKRFT was a huge dissapointment for me, the music just wasn't loud enough. Future Rock was great. Snoop Dogg was lame, the exact same set as Rothbury.

Gotta love the Biscuits. It's always a treat seeing them. I think I might go see them this New Years for their 5 day run at the Nokia Theater in NYC. There were plenty of great acts to see. I will definitely be at Bisco next year.

You don't by chance know of anyone who recorded any shows over the weekend that haven't been posted yet?

They are my favorite live show, the first and only time I was able to see them was in '99 at the HOB in Orlando, FL... What a Show!!!

I hope that they come near here...

Yesterday: Collective Soul, Blues Travelers and Live. I would preferred that this happen either Today or on Saturday, and that each band played longer.
Tonight: Kid Rock

Not sure if you're in Florida, but unfortunately they're not headed that way anytime soon. Maybe this Fall, though! Dates should be out soon...

WSP is great fun. The community is always friendly and the music always sounds so good. Never seen Blues Traveler, but I'd love to go sometime. Popper on harmonica jamming out would be wild.

Have fun at your show, tonight.

I would love to see Muse (Plug In Baby ftw)! Last time they came for me was 3 years ago and I was sick .

Last concert I've been to was Emmure ;).

bassnectar 6 times... where and which concert was your favorite? i hadnt picked up on him until langerado this past spring when he opened for sound tribe (who i really wish had been at bisco)
