I thought that was funny too.... as his thumbs turned white![]()
if this guy was smart he would hire a very good lawyer. Apple won't take to kindly to product slander, especially with his own video evidence that shows that it is clearly staged.

Check out the times displayed on the phone. It's 2:26PM when he starts the test, per the phone's display. Then, holding the bent phone, he gives his concluding remarks. At 1:59PM on the bent phone's display. I smell BS.
If it's proven this guy faked the video, he needs to be fired ASAP and sued into oblivion.
LMAO it takes a lot for someone to successfully be found guilty of libel. There are about five to seven different things the plaintiff needs to prove, one of them being a potential loss of money (uh 10 million iPhones sold) and another being that the statement is false (which it isn't, according to other videos/accounts/iPhone's own statement that they have received at least nine complaints).
Interesting and impressive investigation.

At what point does your leg grab both ends of the phone and inflict force directly from the middle of your thigh into a 1 inch space on the back of the phone? How does bending a phone in half with your hands replicate that it bends in a pocket?
These videos are idiotic, give me an iPod and i'll rip it in half for you too. Hell, my 1st gen iPhone was eventually dented and bent to hell after years of use, and it still worked great.
I don't know if the video is fake or not but surely enough i started looking at my 6+ and i can see it already is bent a little bit. I have to put in on a flat surface to notice it but its already bent wtf!
And no i don't wear tight jeans and i have never tried to bent in on purpose.
I read somewhere that the video sponsor is Spigen. An iPhone case maker...go figure haha
I swear I can see a freeze frame on the video right before he bends the iPhone. Whether that means the video is fake or not, I'll leave that up to other people to decide.
Interesting and impressive investigation.
