Carrier Best Buy 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

Well I got the notification that the phone I received yesterday has shipped. Thankfully the tracking info accurately says I already got it. I hope I don’t get a second one. How would I go about returning it ...

(P.S. keeping the duplicate phone isn’t an option ...
 
After Verizon screw up and delayed shipping by Best Buy, finally got my maxes.

I pre ordered through Best Buy on the 18th for in store pick up, yesterday I got en email saying pick up delay, we’ll try until the 21st of October. But I got an email today of my agreement and that my phone was ready. At first I was pissed of with Best Buy but man they pulled through. (Xs Max SG 512gb

No. Verizon had a problem with my Paypal for some reason even though it has plenty of money. So I went through Best Buy instead. All last week it said it would be delivered yesterday, but lo and behold it changed to October 10. Luckily I got it today after a few phone calls.

Per the 2 hour wait technical support guy, said because they were having all types of activation issues with all carriers which is why they had a 2 hour wait. It wasn't just Verizon.
 
I walked into a Best Buy yesterday and got two 256G Max units, no activation issues, just (frankly) excellent customer service. No pre-order, just off the shelf.
 
Ordered the XS 512GB thru BestBuy online before midnight with a delivery date of Friday the 28th. Also trading in my X 256GB for $570.00 credit.
 
Can I trade in my 7 Plus, put down some cash, and finance the remaining price of a XS Max through Best Buy? Or will it go on to my Verizon bill?
Trying to get a new phone without my bill going up. Thanks

Yes if you would like to use your Best Buy card you should have no problem. But keep in mind Best Buy will only give you max 12 months no interest at best. Verizon on the other hand will give you 24 months no interest. You can also put a down payment towards what you are paying to Verizon, and can always pay off Verizon at any time with no penalty. Just a few things to think about.
 
Does best buy have a notify feature so I can know when the XR is back in stock? I'm waiting on one but they're all sold out.
