I just got my BSE Ipad 2 wi-fi only back skin in the mail today, and the delivery man decided to bend the envelope prominently stamped with "DO NOT BEND" on it rather than dropping it off at my door or holding it at the post office. The skin got crease marks on it, and so I called their customer service number, and within 5 minutes they processed a complementary skin and sent it out within the hour. Talk about great service!

Looking forward to putting the new skin on, the cutouts for the corners look great!

Got my carbon-fiber skin yesterday. Installation was a piece of cake. It's thicker than I expected (thought it would be more like mylar) but that bit of stiffness made the installation easy. Looks great and I really like the texture.

just put my second BSE front on my 64G WiFi iPad2. the first one had too many scratches on it (as delivered). emailed BSE and had a new one in a few days. good stuff.

I just received my BSE back and installed it. Install was pretty easy, I learned how to do it by screwing up the Zagg one I had. I do have some "splotchiness" from the adhesive though. Other than the "splotchiness" the skin is pretty nice.

I contacted BSE three times this week through email requesting support. have yet to receive a response. are they on vacation? ignoring me? Anyone have a phone number I can call?

Installed my BSE last night. Bit nervous as I've never done a wet install ever, but it's owrked out beatifully, and thanks to some SGP rubber squeegee's I had lying around, it's 99.9% bubble (and scratch!) free. Corners look great. It feels and looks a lot nicer than I thought it would!

Just added some iDroplets too. No need for a case for this iPad, the smart cover, Proporta screen protector and the BSE will do just fine.

Can't seem to get the corners on the back to stick on...any advice?

Nevermind...looks like I just had to be patient and massage the edges with my hands. so far i like the way the back feels with this skin on

Very Pleased

I just wanted to say that Best Skins Ever has amazing customer support! I'm having to get a replacement iPad and they sent me a free back cover even though it has nothing to do with their product!

Great Customer Service

I purchased front and back cover skin for my iPad 2. The back is starting to come off and not stick around the top edge. I contatcted them asking about a warranty (I'm a previous Zagg user), I expected to have to purchase a new one. They emailed me back today with a new skin and some helpful tips to prevent this from happening again.

BSE is by far better at customer service than Zagg! Delt with Zagg on a couple different occasions....not very friendly each time.

Just thought I would share! :D

Here you go. I just copied them from the email that was sent to me.

Proper application of the Skin will help to ensure optimal function and longevity of the product. The most common reason for premature peeling is misalignment. Proper installation will also aide in getting the most longevity out of your Skin. In addition, below are some helpful tips to review before applying your complimentary replacement Skin:

MAKING AND APPLYING THE SOLUTION
The type of soap in the application solution is important. Soaps that are creamy, antibacterial, or have contain degreasers or moisturizers will cause problems. We recommend using baby shampoo. In addition, make sure all areas of the adhesive are thoroughly coated with the solution before applying the Skin.

SQUEEGEES
Use a credit card (or something similar) to squeegee the remainder of water and bubbles out from under the film. *Before you do this, be sure to feel the edge of your card (or similar item) to ensure that it does not have any rough edges, to avoid damaging the Skin.

BUBBLES, CLOUDINESS, AIR POCKETS
Because of the unique adhesive, micro pockets of air may get trapped under the Skin. Our gas permeable film allows this to happen. The look of the Best Skins Ever will improve over the next few days as the water and small bubbles dissipate and the adhesive sets up. *Allowing the film to set up for 24 hours is optimal for the longevity of your Skin. You can let it set up for less time, but the long term result may not be as good.

CORNERS AND FLAPS
If you have trouble with corners staying down, alternate pressing the Skin down with the palm and letting the solution dry. It may take a while, but eventually the Skin will stick down.

Hope they help. Some are pretty much common sence. :p

Has anyone had issues with the placement of the cutouts? I ordered the back skin during their sale a couple weeks ago and just tried the installation.

I tried lining up the camera and the speaker cutout - but when the camera cutout was centered - the top of the speaker was covered by a good 1/8". The 30-pin connector was completely covered and the whole left side (viewing from the front) extended past the screen about 1/16" - 1/8". The right side (camera, volume, landscape) lined up great - but overall I think my back skin fit really sucked. The application went on smooth - and for the sake of keeping the back protected I "improvised"

I emailed BSE and hopefully they'll send out a replacement - but I find it odd that I haven't seen anyone else with this issue.

BestSkinsEver got back to me within 24 hours and is shipping out a replacement.

Top notch customer service! Everyone makes mistakes - but it's how you correct them that counts....

Impressed.

I got two skins delivered today and just tried applying the first one and I have the same issue. The skin's *too big*! Glad to hear they're sending you a replacement, I'll order one too... only bad thing is I'm traveling this weekend and wanted my iPad to be protected... guess I won't have it protected for the trip. :S

Same issue with mine..just received it today and tried to apply it. I aligned it from the bottom and the camera hole was above the camera

Well, I have given up on the front BSE protector. The back went on great but the front had tons of white splotches that did fade but did not disappear. I was sent a replacement and the same problem continued. I have since got a refund and have purchased the powersupport antiglare. I am more than pleased with BSE's customer service but their product was just not good enough for a front screen. Just my experience.

I'll do like you. In front PS for sure!
About the back I think about SGP and BSE, what do you think?
