Yeah BSE. Advice is to take your time and then get a hairdryer to help get the stubborn sides to stick and help it to conform to the edges.
I worry about water always on electronics but now that this iphone is waterproof its a bit less of a bother to me...def will focus on the sides too. Did you have to keep applying the solution to make them stick?

Yeah me too, but like you said it's not really a worry with the 7. The edges take some finess. It's not so much adding liquid, but waiting for it to dry so they start to stick. Tell seem like they're never going to stick.

I feel like it's impossible to get a bubble free install. Also, I have a line of air where the aluminum and antenna bands meet, can't seem to get it out no matter how much a push down on it.

glossy full body wrap on jet black 7+ (from bestskinsever)

Although this maybe taken the absolutely wrong way by some, I'm going to risk this.

Forget the skin man, this iPhone has got it's own magic carpet ride! I want one!

This is Jet Black with a matte skin on the back ( BSE sent me matte instead of glossy by accident...) Still need to get rid of a few bubbles.

That looks really good, nice install! Mine shipped yesterday, so have to wait at least a week before it reaches me in the UK :(

I wanted glossy...hopefully that install turns good :(.. BSE has yet to respond to my email on how they accidentally sent matte instead of glossy...

Nope. This skin is amazing, BSE did a good job (other than send the wrong one), but im most likely taking the skin off today though. I bought a jet black phone, i dont want a matte black one ><

Anyone with a matte black 7+ but a glossy skin? Will it make it look like the actual jet black?

This is what I've ordered. I have the matte black but ordered a glossy skin. Not sure how it's gonna turn out but will soon see!

That is what I have on my phone. It looks and feels like "jet black light". Very similar texture to the naked jet black phone with a similar shine. The color isn't quite as dark as jet black and has a bit of a blue hue to it. Overall, if I had not rushed the install I would be 100% happy with the look. The added grip is a very nice and the reason why I went with the combination in the first place. I would place it somewhere between an apple leather case and silicon case in terms of grip.

edit: a new apple leather case. after break-in I would say the grip will be on par or slightly less than the leather

Why do all these companies, including BSE, have the worst customer support known the existence?

This looks great! I know it isn't what you want, but I have a BSE matte on the way for my matte black 7+ so I'm excited to see this! Great pic.

Can you advise whether this provides any additional grip to the phone? I was considering going caseless with just the skin at times (or with the utomic bumpers that I'm still considering) but want to make sure I can at least hold onto it better than a naked phone!

Edit: Sorry I guess I should have read the other replies first LOL I see that you already replied about the grip. Thanks.

I installed my BSE glossy yesterday, looks good but I am having trouble getting the corners to stick. Any advice? Its been 24 hours and they keep coming undone.

I just installed the matte on my Jet Black, I'll post some pictures tonight

The skin should be fairly sticky when dry. Are you having dust at the corners?
Try wetting your fingertips and gently "rub" the dust out, let it dry and try again. You can also consider using a hair blow dryer to help.

Use seran wrap to keep the corners in place. You have to stretch it tightly over the corners. I would do it after letting the corners dry a bit and until you are able to place the corners down somewhat. Leave the wrap on overnight and you'll find that the corners are perfect.

I'm very sorry if you haven't received a reply from us yet. The response to the iPhone 7 kits was greater than we originally estimated and our support department has been trying to catch up. If you want to PM your order details I can make sure it's fixed right away.
