i'd put money on 90%+ of Nov 3rd pick-ups from Best Buy working out. Initially not many ordered on Best Buy due to the $100 price bump. Anyone who got in within the first hour and shows a Nov 3rd pick up date will get their phone opening day.

Some people reported not receiving shipping emails until Friday morning. But apparently Best Buy ships Thursday overnight for Friday delivery.
Does anyone know what shipping service Best Buy uses?
Not to sure but a bestbuy employee said the shipments comes from Apple headquarters.
I'm one of the few who doesn't care if I get it the 3rd or the 10th of this month. As long as removing the $100 extra and paying installments has no bearing on my pre-order. Going to BB to ask about it 10am today once they open. Here's hoping that BB will have at least 20 this weekend since I'm #17. I hum Stevie Nicks' "Edge of Seventeen" once they told me my pre-order #.

I remember iPhone 4 was easy with the difference being I put $50 down on pre-order day and was #11. I don't recall getting an email but do remember setting an appointment to pick it up which I chose 9am. Then once I picked it up, had to sign up to extend my contract. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Easiest launch day ever for me.
I'm still with T-Mobile and don't have anymore balance with Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint. Canceled Verizon only 32 days ago. My first mobile was on Verizon and you can say Verizon is my first love among carriers becoming the best once they made their 4G phones unlocked, iPhones get the Qualcomm modem, and it simply kicks the other three's butt in coverage/signal strength from my experience in my areas.
Neither the iPhones and Pixel have bloat on Verizon but Galaxies and LGs still do get them. Last night, my T-Mobile data speed was slow. I remember I rarely experienced slowness with Verizon data speeds. Stay assertive. Just don't want my pre-order # getting affected or canceled. Then once I do get an email or whatever, I will go there to sign up for Verizon just paying taxes and stuff. That's probably about $100, give or take. Better than having to pay $1200+ on the spot.

They ship exclusively with UPS.
I pre-ordered a Midnight Blue Apple leather case for the X from Best Buy and it was saying "pre-ordered" and it shipped yesterday with a delivery date of tomorrow (Thursday). So going off of that, maybe we should see some movement this afternoon on our phones or at the very latest, tomorrow morning.
That's normal though. The full charge should come through soon. Either tonight or tomorrow morning.

As soon as I ordered mine. The email, sales rep and printed copy all said 12/15. So I guess that’s when I’m getting mine. Even though I “pre-ordered”
