B10 was made by Blackberry, though based on QNX.
It's the same as saying Apple didn't made iOS/OSX because they based it on open source.

If you're to quote things like that, some blackberyr employees also released music videos, had designers, etc. You didn't do much than them.

*sigh*
Ok... I give up. Your stubbornness wins out. You win.
Blackberry has been VERY proactive as a company for the past eight years. Probably the most innovative company on the planet. They've been trying a ton of really great strategies, have a complete cohesive thought of where their products/services are going, have been incredibly clear communicating it to customers. Their App Store has grown at the same pace as Play Store & iOS App Store, and their designs are the height of modern award winning industrial design artistry.
I literally have NO IDEA why they are failing so miserably as a company since, as we both agree, they have been trying REALLY hard... all the right things, & definitely not coasting on their own perceived inability to be dethroned for half of that period.

You are wrong. Mac OS was never truly a #2 Platform or competitor to Windows in terms of install base. Apple's success didn't have anything to do with their Mac Lineup, but started with iPod and then iPhone which are platform agnostic.

Wow, someone ignoring or rewriting history.
On the Internet.
New concept.

That's pretty much a downgrade for those that want the BB OS experience. The gestures and browser are top notch.

BlackBerry has lagged behind for long. I really don’t like their products, but I think this will be a massive improvement that can help the company regain its lost customer base. I can’t help but think that the company will need to do much more than just introducing an Android Smartphone to achieve its goal. It waited too long, and now it is almost too late.
