I managed to destroy Flynt with my shotgun up-close which took a matter of seconds but the boom-stick you get off him i thought was useless as are most of the grenade shotguns. Now I seem to fighting some kind of giant squid thing which is at level 33 and is taking the P**s when it comes to taking damage :( especially when I'm at level 35 nearly touching 36 oh well on my off day ill give the game some serious bashing I think.

On another note anyone got any of the DLC pack's that are out there????

got 2 of the 3, dont have moxxi's underdome riot......the other 2 are very good, with general knoxx being the best of the bunch....hopefully the new one will up the ante again......

I have all 3, and thought they were all pretty good. Moxxi is the one to skip though, as the gameplay in it isn't anything new. The 2 extra Skill Points and the storage bank are well worth it, in my opinion. But you really should get Zombie Island and General Knoxx. Both of those are great fun. Zombie Island is hilarious, and a nice change of pace from the main campaign, while General Knoxx is great because of how long it is, the raised level cap, and all the sweet weapons and stuff you get access to. Haven't really seen much about the new one coming out next week, but it centers around the Clap Traps, which I find hilarious, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

Has anyone found the ninja claptrap yet???????
I've downloaded the DLC, but haven't played it yet. My buddy and I played through the entire game, and all DLCs up to this point, together in co-op, so I'm waiting until later tonight when he gets it. I'm pumped for it though. The Clap Traps were one of the funniest characters in the game, so an entire DLC based around them is bound to be amazing.

Ok so i think i am giving in and want to play the DLC called gen. knoxx BUT my question to you is, Do i have to play them in order or can i just buy gen. knox DLC...i finished the main game at level 35,if that matters ?

The DLCs don't really have an "order" so you can play them however you want. Though, you should play some more if you want to get the most out of Knoxx. The main draw for that DLC is the raised level cap, from 50 to 61. You need to play through the game another time to get to 50, or so, and then go at Knoxx. All of the extra loot and stuff are the best if they are high level, so playing it on the "2nd Playthrough" is the best way.

No. You start the game, pick "Playthrough 2" after you choose your character, and then start the game over. The game starts right where Marcus dropped you off from his bus originally, but you keep all your skill points, weapons, money, etc. So yes, you have a much higher spec character than you did before, but the enemies are also much higher as well, so it all evens out. The 2nd playthrough is where you get all the good weapons and shields and stuff, so it is well worth it.

No problem. My suggestion, play a bit in the 2nd Playthrough, get to level 50-55, then start Gen Knoxx, if you get it. The Gen Knoxx DLC is the best one because of all the awesome loot, and that loot is the best when you are high level. Almost all of my main gear at this point is from Gen Knoxx, and is all level 60-61 stuff. Totally awesome stuff, and is a blast to use.

Got this for PS3 and it was okay. It is kind of a short game and I thought the ending was less than satisfying. Fallout 3 was way better. Looking forward to playing New Vegas. I only played the story though with one character and was not interested in two more play throughs. Just my 2¢.

If you only did 1 playthrough, and only with 1 character, you really haven't experienced all that the game has to offer. You don't get any good gear in the first playthrough, all the enemies and missions are pretty weak, and you wouldn't have enough skill points to make a fully optimized character. Just my 2¢ ;)

Are you kidding ? Borderlands is way better than fallout and halo combined.
That is your opinion, and all that, but I agree with him. Don't get me wrong, I love me some Borderlands, but I played the absolute crap out of Fallout 3, and plan to do the same when New Vegas comes out in a couple days. Neither game is perfect, obviously, but I enjoyed Fallout much more than Borderlands. Halo, to me, is well above both Fallout and Borderlands, but again, that is just my opinion.

I guess its like the whole stupid console wars thing. Why does it have to be one or the other? I like Halo, Fallout AND Borderlands. They all play very different, and serve different purposes. It isn't like they are competing games or anything. Just play them all for what they are, and have fun.

I have yet to play this game i really wanna to guess its a good thing i held out the new GOTY is coming out along with a special Duke nukem forever demo as well :)

Downloading from the PlayStation network as i type this...:D

Hey SevenInch, I need your help !
Am i missing something?
Yes, the game disc. Put the game disc in, go to a fast travel location, and find "T-Bone Junction" in the list of locations. That is where all of the Knoxx stuff takes place. Well, aside from the level-cap increase. With Knoxx installed, you can go all the way up to level 69 now, and you can do that anywhere, not just within the DLC.
