I'm jealous of people with the rose gold. I think it looks really sweet. As much as I like it, I don't want that color full time. I always go Space Gray and get my color from cases.

I think having the Plus made it even harder to have the rose gold. That back plate is a BIG expansive pink slab for sure. That's a whole Lotta pink.

I hope they eventually offer a red or dark blue color, with black face preferably.

Reminds me of the conversations around the first iPhones. Guys were concerned that people would think they were gay if they got the white iPhone instead of the black one.

Personally, I don't care what color a device is. It performs a task.

Thanks fellas.
It's not that I think it's a feminine color, but I just don't like things that are pink (I don't wear pink shirts, buy pink electronics, pink accessories, etc).

Do what T-Mobile does: Say it's "Magenta" and call it a day.

I'm not worried about how others will view the pink; actually I think it will be kind of funny and a conversation piece. But it's just that I prefer the sleek look of black on iPhones and when I went to the Apple Store to look at what the pink iPhone, I was kind of bummed...

I have the space grey model. But to be honest, I rarely ever look at the back of my phone, so it hardly matters in the end what color it is. At least to me.

I'd offer to trade you but I have the 128GB model. Sorry. ;)

It's like a weekly thread about the same thing here, same thing getting rehashed over and over.

Im an asian guy and i got the rose gold 6s plus. I dont feel any shame of the color because i dont believe in gender discrimination for certain color and lets be honest it looks better than the gold iphone. I felt the gold was too dull and lacking the nice look when compared to the 5s variant few years ago...

If they wanna hate and be rude let them its just jealousy and alot come from girls which i sorta expected at sometimes but to be honest i dont care how they think.

Its a freaking phone i paid for it and its something new and looks nice so why go so crazy over the back and make a big deal out of something like this when there are more matters to worry about in life.. :)... Let the haters hate , u just enjoy with what you have to be honest... Unless u wear neon pink and the like (google girly pink) then maybe sorta pushing the lines and yes...... But i assume u know ur limits so yea

Enjoy it man

Yikes at the use of oriental to describe a person in 2015.

Yeah that was... Yikes.
In China, many women do seem to like the pink, but definitely not any men I've seen.

Anyhow, I was able to finally exchange the color to space grey at the store it was purchased from.
Nothing wrong with bros with pink rose iPhones, but it's not my preference.

In any culture where a man is confident in his own sexuality and doesn't care one iota what people with small minds full of prejudices and insecurities think.

I love seeing a man in a gray suit with a pink shirt. Makes my knees wobble. Expecially with a close beard.

Pink shirt is pretty common, but pink iPhones are not quite as common among men, I think.

I have seen many bros referring to their cars as "She" So technically, their car is female. If we apply same logic to our phones, then having a pink or rose gold iPhone makes the phone feminine not the dude using it. The same way we dont call dudes as dudettes who are referring to their cars as she.

But I would still not get rose gold for myself. Twisted logic at it's finest.

I just got a new gift from a relative.
Good news was that it was 64GB, not 16.
Bad news was that it wAs the "Rose gold" (ahem, pink) iPhone 6S Plus.

Because I'm abroad, I'm not sure if the Apple Store will let me exchange it to space grey.

Are there any other bros with a pink iPhone?
Why should the color of your iPhone matter? Your value as a human being is not based on the opinions of others. Enjoy what you have and discard what other people think, their opinion is not your reality.

I originally got the Space Grey 6s because I didn't feel like waiting forever to get the phone. It lasted about a month before I went to T-Mobile on Friday and "upgraded" to the Rose Gold. I have generally always had the Space Grey iPhones, the Silver is too bland and the Gold is ehh. I like the Rose Gold and wanted it since day one. Thank goodness for Jump on Demand, the upgrade didn't cost me a cent.

And yes, I'm a guy. I drive a big manly muscle car, I love football, beer and wings. I don't care if it looks "pink"

I was back in the Apple Store today (why can't I stay outta that place?).

I really do like the Rose Gold, but I'm still on the Space Gray Train. Maybe I'm just not ready for the Rose Gold yet. I wasn't ready for the Plus last year, but this year I was ready to go Plus. Maybe in 2017 I'll be upgrading to a Rose Gold 7S!

Ok... Let's be honest... If guys didn't like the color pink, then girls wouldn't wear it.

The number of guys swarming around pretty girls wearing pink proves that guys love the color.

It has more to do with the pretty girls than the pink clothes.

IMO the rose gold is too pink as most rose gold watches are more of a coppery gold color that is much more elegant. That said, if you like it, use it regardless of your gender. Overall Apple's colors options are downright dull though.
