Can't delete apps in 10.0.2 on iPad Pro 12.9"

I put apps into wiggle mode but tapping on the X doesn't register. This is only happening on my 12.9" iPad Pro. All my other devices work fine.

Has anybody had this bug? I wonder if it can be fixed or if I should just wait until the next update.

It probably just needs a hard reset. Press power and home button until the apple logo appears.

I'm sure that will sort it out

Hard reset didn't fix it. I took the other route: I installed the public beta of iOS 10.1. That fixed 2 bugs including deleting apps. The other was wifi randomly turning off.
