Can't find an adapter for this external HDD

I bought this 3TB Seagate GoFlex Desk USB 2.0 external drive (wall powered), which I didn't use at all in the last 5 years, until now. Last week I pulled it out and had to transfer about 500GB of data (4K UHD movies mostly) to this, from my 13" 2017 MBP TB. Took me 3 hours. Holy hell. The drive is functioning fine but too slow.

I need a dock but can't seem to find one is reasonable price. I'm from India. The market here doesn't seem to have many options.

Anyone please suggest an alternative or solution ?

I'd pull the HDD out of it's case and use it in a drive dock or drive enclosure... there are plenty of choices on amazon.

It would save me lot of time researching.
