......well I've just fitted my Jet Case - overall fitment was quite good. It's a little tricky to get the iPhone to sit flush against the front part - had to keep adjusting while I was putting the top half on.
With the case finally on, first impressions are that it looks pretty good! My one is the grey version and I can honestly say, that with my version, there is NO green tinge whatsoever.
The phone does feel a little wider and heavier than usual but that's understandable. The only other issue is that when I shake the phone, the silent/vibrate switch rattles around - it seems to be just a fraction too small for the opening. It won't fall out but it does rattle!
I'm gonna use the case for a day and see what my feelings are with it.
.....I've also had mine on now for a day. I do like the case, however, I do have some reservations about it!*
It does add quite a bit of bulk to the iPhone 4 - I used the SGP Neo Hybrid (one of the slimmest cases ever!) prior to the Jet Case and I'm having a hard time adjusting to the new size of my phone! In the hand, it definitely feels alot wider than normal. I'm finding that I need to stretch my thumb( I'm a right handed 1 handed texter!) that little bit extra in order to hit the letters to the far left of the virtual keyboard!*
Also, as others have mentioned - the phone is DEFINATELY alot more slippery with this case on! Because the case is so smooth - I'm finding *myself having to support the bottom of the phone with my little finger (I normally grip my phone with my fingers on the left side, forefinger resting against the back and thumb free for texting and swiping!) in order to stop it from sliding through my hand (due to there being no grip and the extra weight making the phone wanting to constantly slide downwards!) Have to say that my hand starts to ache very slighty from the weight....!!!!!!!
I haven't really noticed any reception issues as of yet.*
As for the 'green tinge' issue, I thought I had escaped this, however, after
putting the case on and walking into my kitchen (I have them fluorescent long tubes for under the counter lighting) I noticed the green tinge straight away?!?! It's weird because in some light, it looks grey but in other light, it looks green?!?!
I'm gonna continue using it a while longer to see if my views change.....
