Has anyone had a change in order status from processed yet? I know I'm maybe jumping the gun a little bit. We'll probably see some action on this tread in the next week.
Good luck. I ordered 3 cases and a backplate on 3-2, was supposed to ship on 3-20. By the 25th I tried to message them for an update...no reply. Their website links are non-functioning in many areas, too. I later submitted a complaint to PayPal:

I ordered 4 iphone5 cases on March 2, 2013. The website showed they would be shipped on 3-20-2013. Today is March 26, and I've sent them 3 different requests for updates on my order, and they've ignored all 3. I've heard nothing from them whatsoever. I never even got an emailed invoice. I was able to print it from my "Account" on their site tho. While I do want the cases, I don't feel it's fair they got my money and I'm left hanging without any sort of update on them items or shipping. Even today the order shows "Orders placed 3/16 and forward will ship 3/31 - All orders prior ship 3/20). If they can't live up to what they advertise, I'd just prefer a refund ASAP. They don't want my business, that's fine. Just refund me, now.
Or ship the cases (in PERFECT condition) NOW. But let me know the plan one way or the other.

And btw, many of the links on your website (casemachine) don't work. Only way I could log into my account was to go to the Store, and sign in from that teeny link on the bottom left column. The links at the top don't do squat.

Your order was scheduled to go out this week with the rest of the slimlines. Opening paypal claim now puts this in the back of the line. We will cancel this shipment if this claim stays open.

Please define "scheduled to go out this week". Does that mean that besides missing the deadline of the 20th, that it MAY or MAY NOT actually ship this week? "Scheduled" does not mean "it has actually been shipped". Please provide me a tracking number or some sort of proof you have shipped my order AS PER THE ACTUAL SALES AGREEMENT, or you may cancel and refund my order today. I'm totally fine with that. I will not, however, be threatened into canceling this dispute when you have failed to 1)ship items as per the agreement, and 2) NO guarantee that canceling this dispute I will EVER see the items. There is NO valid reason to put my order on the "backburner" for a later ship date simply because YOU failed to meet your own deadline for the first shipment. Please advise. Thanks.

Update: Looking at your Facebook page, it appears I'm certainly not the only person questioning the timing of delivery of products. While I don't follow your page, (I found your cases thru an add on a blog site), I'm disheartened as to your rudeness in your initial reply to me on Paypal. I guess I just don't understand why you wouldn't have simply replied to me in a manner more consistent with what your FB page portrays. If you are truly overwhelmed and that busy, just tell me so. I can be patient and wait a week or two. But that was not what your website advertised. I was only going by that, and since no one would reply to me there, I had no choice but to try to prevent monetary loss by filing a dispute here. PayPal won't refund me the money UNLESS I push this dispute to an actual claim. If you can guarantee me the items will definitely ship this week, I'm fine with that. Heck, even next week is fine. Just communicate with me so I know I've not lost out on almost $200. Can you do that? Thanks.

I'm showing my good faith....I AM CANCELING my dispute. Please help me feel OK about that.
PayPal Note: Buyer confirmed that buyer and seller reached an amicable resolution on this Dispute and buyer closed the Dispute.
As you can see....this is a very peculiar situation. I guess buyer beware. I'm obviously screwed. I should never have canceled my PayPal complaint..and just gotten a refund. Live N Learn I guess. MAYBE they will actually ship me the items...but at this point, I'm not holding my breath. I'm thinking I've been totally scammed. Plus, their website says 100% lifetime warranty...but I can't see anything there that directs an unhappy customer to get any help. Today I submitted a "comment" to them on their website thru my order to please just cancel my order...but who knows what will come of it.

Excuse me for cluttering this thread with this kind of post. Puppers, have you received any kind of tracking information?
Has anyone received an i5 Slimline case or tracking information indicating that it's on it's way?
I received tracking information but its been stuck on "Electronic Shipping Info Received" since midday March 26. This would indicate it has not yet been picked up. My order number very low so I would expect shipment by now.
Casemachine, if you are monitoring the forum, please pass on any information that will help. I'm sorry if there are problems with shipping but information will help keep me calm.
