Yes, but does this apply to ATT customers who are supposedly locked into the shipment details on their account?
Mine is processing and I have the edit button but it tells me due to carrier restrictions, they can only ship to the billing address on the ATT account.
Well changing it on ATT now, after the order has been placed, isn't going to affect anything on Apple's side

Exactly! The rep said it was because I purchased a locked phone and we can only change address for unlocked phone. So I was like UMM HELLOOOO the phone is unlocked
I hope it can be done without having the change the address on file with ATT. My mother is the account holder and she wouldn't like that. I am an authorized user on the account, I practically handle everything except physically paying the bill. I should be allowed to change where my phone ships.
