Change shipping address?

Did you do the upgrade program of pay for phone in full? Was it a low level rep or a supervisor?
and you changed it from the account holders address to yours? Did you need to prove that you were an authorized user on the account?
1:12 min in. Still waiting. The bad part is they are playing the same two songs over and over.

they changed mine. Was expecting the specialist to not want to do it, or have a ton of questions. She immediately asked for my address/info and made the change. Took 2 minutes total when I actually talked to a specialist. Super easy
I was able to change shipping for the case, however because the phone is tied to ATT, it says shipping has to be to the billing address. (I wanted to change to my office) Does anyone know if Apple will bypass this ATT rule and ship to another address?
Well, I'm 30 minutes into holding and not hanging up at this point. Fingers crossed!
My order status finally went to Processing items and pending charge on my credit card. Confirmed per above, got this error message when I tried to changed shipping address...

So I am in the same boat. My ATT address wasn't updated. I just moved so my apple info was correct but it pulled in my wrong address for shipping. I updated it this morning with ATT do I Now need to call apple and get this changed or will it update automatically? I have been on hold for over an hour now

I am 1:09... ha ha. I have another 1:15 I can be on hold. I also want to see if they can add AppleCare+ to the order but to another card, but I didn't want to try to mess things up while ordering this morning.
