Well, yes and no...

My iPad (3rd gen) found it... my iPhone sitting right next to it still says 5.1.1 is current :eek::confused::eek:

11 mins remaining. Apparently.

EDIT: OTA has just appeared, weighing in at 599MB compared to iTunes's 887.6MB.
Need 2.5GB of space to download it OTA though, so iTunes it is. Damn you, paltry 16GBs!

Maybe this is a sign that I should stay on 5.1.1?
 
Finally downloading it through iTunes (West Coast 10:07AM). Prior to 10AM I had it showing available through software update on the phone. Also had a few hiccups when checking for software update, iTunes reported that an update was available, but didn't download anything. Subsequently pressing check for update said 5.1.1 was the latest version. Other hiccup said my iPhone wasn't available for updating.
 
Downloading on my iPhone right now. iPad is next. The estimated time was 15 minutes, but I was downloading the Madden 13 demo on my PS3 at the same time. I cancelled the Madden demo, and it now says 5 minutes remaining.

Pittsburgh if it matters.
 
Updating iPhone 4 via iTunes.

While it's updating I'm trying to OTA my ipad 2 and it still says nothing.
 
Downloading

South Carolina, via iTunes for my 4S. It is crawling. 23 minutes at start, now at 18 minutes and counting.
 
Ipad 3 and Iphone 4S canada - started at 30 minutes now says 1 hour (only doing the ipad now)

edit: now says 2 hours
