Having used it I can say that the fonts are WAY too large; they're flat out gigantic on the Plus. However the layout is much more intuitive. It's easy to use and understand.
Yes, but they have removed the rating of songs feature. Too bad as this is how I make some of my smart playlists.
How and what os version did they add it to?Apple Music does that now , I had to disable that mode because I didn't want every song download to my phone
I will have to look againHow and what os version did they add it to?
If this is missing in the final version, I guess I'm not upgrading to iOS 10. I'm in the same boat as you, thousands of songs I've rated over the years and a number of smart playlists that including rating as one of the criteria. What possible reason would they have for eliminating this feature? Why do they have to take away features almost every time they update something recently?
iOS 10 has such a switch as well in Settings under Music. There you can say whether to download all music or 8, 16, 32 or 64 GB worth of it.What I mean is Spotify has a switch which downloads all your music and any more music you add later on automatically where Apple Music you have to go out of your way to download each song.
It ensures that every song or album you have added to Apple Music (on any device) will be downloaded to the device you enable that setting on.Can someone explain this new Automatic Downloads feature? Starts at 25:22.
That ain't goodCan't seem to download all of an artist's albums in one go. Have to do each album individually.
No way to sort artist's albums. Alphabetical or nothing.
Feels like this got dumbed down too much.
Still can't get past the size of the fonts, they look so out of place in that app.
So they've finally started copying Spotify. Good job.
So nothing to do with iTunes Match? It ensures that every song or album you have added to Apple Music (on any device) will be downloaded to the device you enable that setting on.
Not yet. I've heard it'll be hideable in the release, can't remember where. So, for those of us that don't rent our music, how does it work? Can you hide all the subscription and cloud stuff completely, or does it continue to shove it down your throat?

Did apple get inspired by Microsoft Zune?
