If you're gonna rip them off (and that phone does look like a pretty good copy) why ruin it with such a stupid name. At least they didn't rip off Apple's marketing

heads need to roll regarding all of the leaked parts. foxconn and/or part manufacturers should have their contracts terminated as a result of all of the leaks. the chinese, koreans, etc copy, steal, fake, rip-off, its just what they do. from purses to clothing to electronics, to phones, to cars, to ... everything! they are thieves. no innovation, no imagination, no engineering, no design accumen, nothing! they leave it to the americans to do that, and then just steal it. pathetic!
You must be devastated with Apple offering the exact same designs on their notebooks for 4-5 years at a time...

Nope; the new iPhone will be taller. That's a small enough change to avoid a trade dress suit. Just ask Sams...oh, wait...

In March I was in Shanghai. A friend bought (against my objection) a phone that was called 'iPhone 5' (in March!). It was about rmb 1200 or so, that's below $200 . This sounds cheap, but $200 for a piece of **** is still too much.
The specs (as far as I can recall it):
Size was similar to Samsung Note (= huge!)
Icons similar to iOS
30% of the icons had no function, they were just 'icons'
Dual SIM
Poor speech quality
Poor batt life
No way I would buy any of those no-name-knock-offs - for no price. For a low cost phone I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 (and love it). $200 should also have a few nice Android option (but not anything with a 4.** I guess).
I believe that the market for those knock-offs is very small. I never heard anyone saying that they were satisfied.
