That app is for windows, not for Mac You cannot clone bootcamp with that.

Ah, so you want to replace SSD altogether. - Do the Mac part first - Create Bootcamp as new of same size - Use Clonezilla Live on USB stick to clone back from the old SDD bootcamp partition.
