Will CS3 include Dreamweaver? If not, what is the release date for Dreamweaver and the former Studio suite programs shaping up to be?

CS3 will indeed replace GoLive with Dreamweaver. GoLive will remain a stand alone application from what I've read.

This is kinda interesting- DailyTech reports the following:

"According to a blog posting by Adobe employees, the company's flagship imaging product Creative Suite 3, is set to be announced on March 27th of this year. The new software will introduce a new version of Photoshop as well as include the recently released Photoshop Lightroom."

What do you guys think the chances of Lightroom ending up in one of the bundles is?

EDIT: Sorry link: http://www.dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=6358

So, sorry, not being a native english speaker..

Is the Lightroom in the CS3 bundle, or not?

Reading that said link,it says "include the..lightroom".
Am I missing something?

Was about to get the lightroom tomorrow, but if it is in the CS3,I´ll maybe wait.
Is there any knowledge if it is in the Premium or Standard?
Is it possible to update from CS2 Standard to CS3 Premium??

Re: Dreamweaver?

David,

What's your source on Dreamweaver being included in CS3? Will Flash and the other former Macromedia Studio programs be included in CS3?

Here's a blog link of John discussing the future of GoLive. He says to expect Adobe to focus on Dreamweaver with the Creative Suite or something like that. As far as flash goes I've heard that it will but haven't found anything official. Once I do I will post back.

Dreamweaver is already included in CS2.3 premium. They aren't going to take it out...they just put in in.

it's only a week away, i'm surprised there are no sites taking preorders yet, or have i not found them?

Adobe has confirmed to Macworld.co.uk that it will launch Adobe Creative Suite 3 on March 27th at a special event in New York.

Adobe had previously launched a beta version of Photoshop CS3, which preliminary benchmarks indicated substantial performance gains on Intel based hardware.

The launch date was previously floated by a Merrill Lynch analyst Jay Vleeschhouwer, however AppleInsider also deserves credit for having called an early release as early as October 2006.

Wow... I can't wait too long ;)
