You mentioned that you realized the issue after the 14 day return period (Purchased around Oct 1, 2013 by reading your other posts) but you are now posting this now ??? Highly questionable OP, highly doubtful. I'm guessing you just want out of a white phone. You can't just notice the issue over 2 1/2 months ago and now post this.

Ive been contacting company for a while now and just fed up with it so posted now plus I've been very busy with uni work so been distracted.
And as I said, got black iPad which I've been using mostly cause it has messaging and stuff and like i also said I hate the black back and much prefer white and white looks better with ios7, id love to stick with the white but it just is causing too much stress and unneeded problems...

OK, let's tackle your issue in a different way since you seem to be upset by others' post.
You mention you recently got the white iPhone instead of the black and it is affecting you. Define recently. If it is within its return policy, you can return the phone, get the black version and activate that.
It is hard for me to believe that Apple wouldn't simply exchange it, esp. since the iPhone 5S (assuming thats the model you got) is a few months old.

Apple has 30 day return policy for iPhones, unless you bought it from 3. I also noticed that nowadays Apple is very rigid. If you are one day past your warranty, you pay out of warranty cost.
Edit: You can also try a waterproof case like Incipio Atlas. If dust collects in the corners, you can rinse it off with water.

OP, it's not very hard trying to swap iPhone colors off CL. Hell, usually can be done in a few hours.
