How is this anything interesting to anyone? Other than those that get turned on by banners. Or upper floors.

Apple TV 4

I hope the 4th generation Apple TV is announced tomorrow because I just sold my last 2nd generation Apple TV on eBay.

In fact, the auction for it ends tomorrow, so watching WWDC 2014 will be the last thing I'll do before I ship it to the winner.

How do they do this? The people hanging these, don't have the best job right?
And they happen to know what's on those banners? Should they sign papers? :D

I'd prefer going downstairs to upstairs anytime ...

I think it's an Apple TV with Apps able to drive 4k TV sets. :D
Or a self-driving iMac, using four MacPro's as wheels ;)

Or it's a Samsung banner that was accidentally unloaded from a truck, who knows.

PS: Healthbook reminds me of the "Beatles" announcement on apple.com, do you recall what kind of rumor THAT created??

Exactly, I really don't give a bloody s### about Healthbook. If that's the best for this year, I will cry, a lot..

and as usual itll be forced down our throat by being preinstalled instead of an download option like iBooks ...

(its probably just a banner with the name of the new OS on it)

so the chances at least 1 hardware to be announce is now 100%

You are right, the chance of new hardware at WWDC will absolutely be 100%. (See Jim Dalrymple)

There is are now only two hardware announcement possibilities:

  • The 12in retina Macbook Air.
  • An iWatch announcement, because developers need plenty of time to make iWatch apps. The last Apple product category that required completely retooled apps was the iPad, and it was announced three months before its release.

God, I hope not. I have taken dumps I was more interested in than tracking my health on a phone or watch.

You made me laugh out loud because that is EXACTLY how I feel. Don't care at all about all the health and fitness stuff.

Anyways I hope it's iPhone 6 but that wouldn't make sense.

Wow, reading some of the replies, humanity and their gadgets, how sad. lol

So there happy for us to know that IOS and OSX are coming but not about that thing under the sheets.
someone should have kept an eye when it was going up:rolleyes:

Not to damper the mood (personally this is my christmas, but I get a whole week of session videos to really see what Apple is doing) but it's not unusual for Apple to keep banners covered until the end of a keynote.

I know, I'm just putting it out there, we all know really there will be no iWatch or iPhone 6 at WWDC.

Actually, I'll be home tomorrow for the keynote address. I am looking forward to being able to watch it on my AppleTV for the first time!

Does it just appear as a channel or what?

Usually an "Apple Events" channel will appear tomorrow morning, if not already. So I bet it'll be under there. Could be wrong though

Did Apple have any banners covered last year? If so was it for the nMP?

If this will be another year without a new Aperture, I will cry.

Honestly, I'm afraid what they will do to Aperture. At this point it works well without bugs on my system, and I have plugins to cover things that it doesn't do like distortion/perspective correction, better noise reduction, etc. I am probably one of the rare ones that want to leave Aperture 3 as it is.
