Day 2 Apple Retail Store Availability

The problem atm is because these are selling on sites like eBay for anything double the suggested retail price, it's only stoking up demand with genuine customers battling those looking to flip a quick profit. I'm glad I got my order in the moment the Apple online store listed them. I love my AirPods and they sound great.

With Apple suggesting these will be in short supply well beyond February, they are not going to get easier to buy even after the holidays.
 
Aussie represent here. The Doncaster store in Victoria showed available stock for pickup for a good 10 minutes a while ago before it went back to back order. I managed to get my order in and am going to go pick them up tonight. Good luck to all who are still trying to get their hands on a unit.

Ya the sales people at the Gilbert location Santan apple store told me that, but I hope they get some in tomorrow. I checked with Santan & Chandler they got zero today.

Day 3 here in the UK. Didn't appear to be any stock yesterday but today it looks to be as other have described - stock appearing sporadically and selling out quickly. I saw stock on istocknow just after 9am at the flagship London store and managed to grab a pair; 5 mins later it had gone. Just looked now and a couple of stores around the country are showing stock that wasn't there earlier

Yup, picking up mine after work. Just cancelled my online order. Will also be picking up my new MBP :)

Yea i have called about 6 locations. All of which didn't receive any. They said to call back early afternoon because their shipments usually get there around 10.

Calling will be of zero use. Check iStockNow and place an online reservation. They'll go out of stock well within 5 minutes of showing up so you have to check around every 5 minutes to not miss any opportunities.
 
I have been checking istocknow.com every 3 minutes and I have not seen one green dot pop up yet across the country.

Nova Scotia is gone now, but two more green dots have popped up, one in Georgia and one in Rhode Island, both on the other part of the State for me, I need California to start lighting up green.

Heres my update. Went to the Century City Apple Store 4 times yesterday. And yes, I stood there at 8:30am before they opened. They have zero shipment yesterday. Will try again today.
 
When Istock show available you can do in store pick up in the app i just verified as istocknow showed available on Bufford GA. I went to the app changed that to my location and it was available for pickup.

I ordered from Christiana Mall in Delaware for in store pickup - how long does it usually take from the time you place your pickup order to the follow-up saying it's ready to be picked up?

Ha i almost pulled the trigger on this one but decided not to drive the 2 hours to the store lol.
 
Does anyone know if In-Store Pickup only goes live when the store opens by chance or does it go live whenever they receive the shipment of the AirPods? I've been on iStockNow and the Apple AirPods Product page refreshing iStockNow like every so often but none appear to be popping up in the West Coast, they've been popping up in the East Coast and other countries but none, nada, zilch have been popping up anywhere even remotely near the West Coast.
 
Just ordered for pickup at Apple Store in Columbia, MD. Just kept checking store availability on Apple.com. Nice!!!

istocknow.com was about a minute behind the actual Apple Store page showing available for pickup. So the Apple.com and istocknow are pretty much real time.
 
Just ordered mine for Park City in PA! Now anxiously waiting for that email saying they are available to pick up before cancelling other online orders.
