Seeing a lot of these comments makes me glad I got these pricematched at Best Buy. The only thing I wish I got was the brown leather case since Best Buy doesn't carry it.
Any requirements for the price matching or did you just walk in show them and walk out?

I just got an E-mail saying my case won't ship until March 10th.
I suspect this was a big fowl-up on AT&T's part. Wouldn't be surprised if the order doesn't get cancelled eventually.
Oh well, if I get it next month, that was a good deal. Otherwise, easy come easy go.

I called over the phone and price matched. The store told me they cannot do it since it was below their cost. On the phone they had no problem. The cases were in stock at ATT when I first called.
I first did call my local ATT stores. They both had no stock or told me random prices for the cases, such as $37.xx

For what it's worth, I picked up a case at a discount at a local AT&T store (not one of the "authorized retailers"). All the models were out of stock on the website, so I stopped in on the chance that they had some in stock, despite the AT&T online store reporting no availability in my area. I saw a couple of the discounted models on display, picked one out, and asked if the online price was being offered in store as well. The discount wasn't coming up in the customer service rep's system, but he ended up offering me the same price anyways. I believe he had to do some kind of manual price override. It was also a case not mentioned in the article, a Speck Presidio. In case there's anyone still checking this thread, it might be worth a shot to visit your local stores.
Well, I literally just got an email from AT&T saying that my order has been delayed until March 10, like the rest of you that got delayed. I would think that we will get our cases before then, as AT&T should be able to get stock from Apple relatively quickly. The 3-10 date might be the "worst case scenario" date. I hope, for all of us, that AT&T does what Apple does and gives conservative shipping dates, but often delivers well before the date given...OR...maybe that is just the optimist in me, haha?

Mine is March 10. You guys do realize that shipping from Alibaba on behalf of ATT takes at least a month right?
Got a March 11 date. Ordered a few of the leather cases for iPhone 8 Plus. I’ve never ordered accessories from AT&T before. So for those that have, is this normal behavior? If so, wouldn’t they have just cancelled the orders as opposed to delaying if it was an error on their part?
They probably delayed them to give them an excuse to sort through orders more easily and cancel them. They now have plenty of time to do so.
I ordered three cases. Received one of the pelicans which is on my phone right now. A leather brown and other pelican with the holster say they are arriving on the 11th. We shall see.
Extremely disappointed in Apple cases right now. I dropped my xs in a forest green leather case today from waist height and the bottom is torn apart and my space gray xs is nicked
These really aren't cases though. They are slip on covers that are for looks, not protection. There is no rubber or cushion whatsoever to protect from impacts.
So you ordered one Apple leather case? If so, I’m surprise they pushed back both the Apple case and Pelican w/ holster.
