Mine has slipped back to 8 - 13th. It was on 6-12
Mine was 6-13, moved to 5-9, and now it's back to 6-13. :\
I got a text from FedEx overnight. It appears my laptop is in the hands of FedEx in China for International Economy Distribution but was picked up after the cutoff time.
My order status still shows Preparing For Shipment in Apple Store App.

Dec 9-Dec 14 estimated delivery to Spain.
Ordered a TB MBP 13 / i7 /16 RAM and 256 SSD on Nov 2.
I was tempted to cancel today and buy a base 15 inch as they had stock this morning on the store, but I want it as portable as possible so I will wait for my BTO!

Mine went to PFS a couple of hours ago and the charge is pending on my account!!!!!
Thanks to FedEx Delivery Manager, I already have my tracking number! Delivery scheduled for this Thursday 12/1.

Just got a text message saying that my macbook pro has been shipped and est. delivery 5/12. So its a big chance that your MBP are going to change to PFS soon

Mine are in the Dec 5-9 time frame and I see absolutely no movement on both orders (both to Germany: One basic stock 13" and one basic stock 13" with Spanish keyboard). I only saw movement on a similar machine with @mbp_13 what I don't get because I ordered on Oct 29 and he on Oct 30.

While I did get the tracking from FedEx overnight, I officially got the shipped email from Apple about an hour ago! Thursday can't come soon enough.
Canada here - I think they're treating North America as a whole for shipping, since Canadian orders go through the States anyway.
Ordered 10/31 20:00 PDT (11/01 04:00 GMT) a 13" TB BTO. ETA Dec 8 to 14. Still no action of any kind.
First ordered the base model 13" - then reminded that my friend is a student with AoC discount and ordered a 13" with Touchbar, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM and Apple Care on 01.11.2016. 4-5 weeks delivery for 6.12-12.12 to Germany / NRW. No movement yet. Hope next week will be PFS status.
Almost everything is ready: Tuesday the new LG 27UD88 will arrive and the Anywhere Mouse MX2 (for 30€ new from amazon) gets used since yesterday. dbrand skin will take some weeks of waiting more :-(
And: I can't decide between the Kavaj Sydney and the mabba Joe bag - both with leather.

I picked up mine on Wednesdayrom Cribbs Causeway store near Bristol, subsequently cancelling my online order. I hope it's bumped someone up by 1.
Very limited play, but like my first Mac....although taking some time to get used to Touchpad. Touchbar is proving to be useful for dimple things like deleting emails etc.
