Well I'm having issues. I live in Pyrmont which is basically Sydney CBD. My confirmation from Apple after placing order at 5:02 is a confirmation at 5:03:02. What more do I have to do?!

this may sound silly, but have you logged into your Apple store account and checked the Order Status, Mine says preparing to ship, but i had to log in to see, I did not get an email to say that my order was preparing to ship.

Where are the pink models!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pink Sport still processing here too... :(

And. The. 42. Pink. Sport.

In the same boat as you guys. Seems like pink and processing go hand in hand. Really frustrating. I actually bought the pink one for my wife (confirmation :02) before i bought the white one (confirmation :03) for myself and mine is already on the way.

im not saying everyone in the delivery window will be getting a watch Friday, but

Our watches have been in our home countries for a week(or a few) so they won't start charging and moving till tonight and tomorrow.

The orders already charged and processed are watches coming from China and are being processed and labeled as they come into the states.

Not sure if this was addressed already, but are we sure there was already a supply in destination countries?
I completely agree that these status changes are due to watches coming directly from the factory - the changes correspond to arriving carrier planes to the destination country.
But the people who are getting changes are those that have early order confirmation times. Wouldn't it stand to reason that the early people would've been assigned the watches already at the destination, and those who have later times would be getting them from the factories as they come from China?

My 2 Cents

Hey guys. We all know this is a stressful week, but I would like to expose our situation, which clearly defines there's no pattern for all of this.

We're in 4 friends. Our orders follow:

a) 1 42mm Sport SG, placed at 4:03
b) 1 42mm Sport SG + 1 38mm Sport (White Band), placed at 4:02
c) 2 42mm Sport SG, placed at 4:04
d) 1 42mm SS (Classic Buckle), placed at 4:10

All our shipments were 4/24 - 5/08 on the confirmation mails we got.
All our orders have the exact same shipping address, and we all purchase using the Apple Store App.

On Monday, order a & b were charged and switched to prepare for shipment (all watches). Everything happened first to the order a, which was done 1 minute after order b.

For both order a and b, I've managed to find our tracking numbers using reference on the UPS website. Probably will be shipped on Thursday.

Order c and d have no movement so far, plus they don't have tracking numbers on UPS yet.

So I finally broke down and tried this whole UPS thing and it worked. It shows me getting something Friday and it also being sent UPS Next Day Air Saver. So I am assuming that I won't probably get the tracking number sent from Apple till Thursday.

Someone in another thread specific to the watch I ordered made a good point....they didn't seem to have the pink bands to try on in store so is that a subtle way of telling us they had production issues?? ##

If all watches do not show up on Friday... Will the friendship survive?

Ann Arbor here, too. I attend the university. I ordered the 42 mm space gray watch and my order is still processing.

GO BLUE!! Michigan alum here to, currently reside in Farmington Hills, MI. I have both my watches status "Preparing for Shipment". Ordered 38mm White Sport and 42mm White SS at 3:03am. Hoping I get them Friday! :D:D:D

I have logged in. Still says, "Processing Items".

Hmmm, i wouldn't fret.

the warehouse staff are probably packaging items, model by model.

I ordered a SS 42mm Classic Black Band.

Hopefully you see some movement in status as Tonight / Tomorrow progresses.

mine updated at 7pm AEST.

Ohio here as well. Just a few hours up the interstate from Louisville and and west of PA. If I remember correctly, I was in the same boat when my iPad shipped. I think I got a very late status change, but still got it on launch day. So there is a glimmer of hope.

Yep, it went from processing to shipped all on Thursday and got it Friday.

My situation is weirding me out. I ordered:

1) 42mm Space Black Stainless Link on April 10th at 3:02am EST with AppleCare+
2) 38mm Space Grey Sport with black band on April 10th at 3:03 EST with AppleCare+
3) a 42mm Green Sport Band Sport on April 20th with AppleCare+

On monday night, the 20th, three holds for $70, 50, 50 respectively showed up on my credit card from Apple Online Store...which means one of three things:

1) I'm getting all three this weekend (because in theory they don't do AppleCare until there's a serial number to attach it to)

2) I'm getting none of them and Apple is just going ahead and charging AppleCare to anyone with an open order (the Green watch wasn't supposed to ship until June)

3) I have no idea

Well, there is nothing to prove or disprove it.

They aren't all from "early" order times, mine went in at 12:02 pst as did plenty of others who are still processing.

its harder to judge because of all the different models but there are plenty with later order times that have already moved. Maybe it's because those watches are coming hot off the presses from China.

Some watches weren't even available for the launch window when the store opened while others stayed available for hours.

For example the 42mm SS with black sport band seems to be one of the most popular, Apple probably saw this coming and it is one of the watches they could have enough stock of to meet the launch window demand. This is the same model that they use as demos in store as well, so it'd make sense if they've been staging them since before the 10th.

Who knows though, my watch could just be an SS shell in China with a little S1 heart. I'm prepared to not get it Friday, but I will continue to believe that Apple is being apple - the supply chain masters - till then :D

The AppleCare charge dropped off after a few days for me.

There has been some movement on the 42mm SS with black sports band in the UK, so North America should be pretty for people who order that watch.
