Delivery Dates 4/24-5/8

My husband just accused all of us of "flocking". Mr. Grumpypants, said he didn't want an Applewatch. He will be sorry when I get mine and am happily playing with it.

Of course, in order to use all its features, I am sure that I will have to get the equivalent of a Masters in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T. BUT just think of the fun I will have.

Too funny. Sounds like he's just jealous.

Im hoping they might add more communication between the watch and someone else's phone. I don't know many people getting one and certainly not anyone i will sketch with or send my heartbeat to. Would be nice if you could send that to someone's phone down the line and they could sketch back or something.

Very interesting;

I was a late ordering. Ordered a 38 SS BSB on 4/16. It's still processing.

After seeing the guy that ordered a SS BCB on 4/22 and got a prepared for shipping on 4/23 I decided to give it a shot yesterday on 4/23. I was just charged on my CC 4/24 @ 11:15am EDT.

Mine was supposed to be delivered today but for some unknown reason UPS didn't get it to my area in time. My brother lives in same area and his was on exact same trucks, but mine got stuck in Philadelphia and his did not. Odd
 
So I know there's more to logistics than I may know and that being a factor into people not receiving their watches today. But isn't it also the supply?

From what I've seen, there have been a lot of people with the watch sport or sport band orders.

I originally had an estimated delivery date of 5/18-6/1 but my card was charged on Wednesday and my 38mm Stainless Steel Classic Buckle is out for delivery right now.

I'm thrilled, don't get me wrong but trying to understand. I received an order confirmation on 4/16 1:15am EST.

Were there not many orders for the classic buckle? Did apple not anticipate which bands were going to be more popular?

The questions never end, ha.

That is crazy. So people ordering this late into the game are getting charged for the item?

Wait, so you ordered a SS with classic buckle yesterday and are getting charged now? WTF.

38 or 42? Mine was 42.

HA! SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! Except it was for the extra charger I ordered...3 days later too...so that's preparing for shipment but my watch is still stuck "Processing".... Every beep of the phone is, "OH! ..nah...just the wife texting....OH! ...damn...another spam email...."
 
Has anyone received word that their watch will be delivering via Fedex? I know a lot of people who hadnt been receiving updates were holding out hope that their watches were being delivered via fedex. I actually had a dream last night that i logged on and people were freaking out because they were actually getting their watches today via fedex lol......clearly I have spent entirely too much time on this forum the past couple weeks :D

All my apple stuff comes via fedex, including the extra charger that came to me on monday. I'm in Southern Cali.
 
charge means nothng

They are are just us to appears us and make us stop whining that they aren't arriving today..

It's a bell people, a pavlovian bell.

What does it mean if the following happened:

1) I received an Apple Pay notification Wednesday night of my card being charged
2) In the Apple Pay settings on my iPhone, I see the charge sitting there
3) On my credit card website (Amex) I do NOT see any charge, pending or otherwise, from Apple
4) Still processing

...any ideas? Is this a possible billing issue?
 
I'm wondering if Apple is trying to continue the news story that people can order now and even though it says June, they will really get it very soon by skipping early preorders to get the June ones out there for the news. (Tin foil hat firmly on)
