Hopefully we'll see a lot of changes in people's orders as the first launch day watches get delivered

Wow this thread is over 10k posts

Been following this thread for a while now and finally decided to sign up and chime in on the riveting discussion. If it makes anyone else that's "Still Processing" feel better to know they're not the only one... I'm "Still Processing" and I ordered by :02 and got my email confirmation at :03... 42mm SS BSB...as of launch day, still no update. Just contacted Apple and they were useless. Nonetheless, good things come to those who wait, it is what it is...happy for those of you who have already received yours, looking forward to that same moment!

same here buddy! still waiting!

and if someone gets in a different line as you but they make it to there cashier first wouldn't you be OK with that?

Great point, and supply chain logistics are crazy...you never know how they're allocating shipments to various locations...sometimes a delivery down the street from you is in a different zone which can change everything despite it being a mile or less away from you...it all depends...

Lets just hope for those of us that ordered within the first couple minutes that we're not changing our "countdown" to 5/8 now... I'm hopeful that we get it by early next week...

Since my watch is not coming today (still processing); and there is a SLIGHT possibility they will ship today fro delivery tomorrow here in NYC. Should I change my order to ship to home address (currently work), or will this slowdown delivery?

Or once shipped, contact UPS to hold for pickup?

Thoughts?

Is it unusual/odd that I was actually charged on Wednesday night but my watch is still "processing"?

(goes without saying I have a SGS)

10-12 planes full of SG 42 Sports would be nice about now.

Looks like there's maybe about 5 on the way right now...whether or not they actually have Space Gray Sports on them, who knows, but here's to wishful thinking.

I agree. It's all disappointing for those of us that haven't received or been charged. It's worse for those that feel skipped over. But, angry, mmmm probably not a healthy state of mind. We all know these launches aren't and have never been perfect. So keeping a healthy perspective is important. If anyone went into the ordering process expecting or demanding a watch on the 24th, the probably should have just not ordered.

I'm disappointed that I'm not getting mine. I'm an :04 because my billing address on apple pay oddly defaulted to my work address. My wife is and :05. Both are 42mm SG sports. I'm sad that she has to wait longer and offered mine to her which she would not have. We will wait ... Impatiently of course. Is this the end of the world ... Zombie apocalypse ... Worth getting pissed over? Nah.

Personally...I wouldn't...Just because it could potentially delay the shipment...you may be better off just setting it to be held at your local UPS facility for pickup, but I would call them once you have a tracking number of course. If you do change it, call Apple to do it and make sure that doesn't impact your place in line (i.e. they change the address and it makes the "revised"order get bumped back), I don't think it would...but hey...this whole thing is a bit crazy compared to previous launches anyway...

Nicely said....but no way would I have offered mine to my wife of 21 years....she can wait

Still processing! She suggested it will change today, for delivery tomorrow.

If she was right, I definitely will receive it tomorrow. I did change the address from my work to home address just in case. I will surely start posting when it goes into shipment. :D

The rep I just talked to said he hasn't heard anything about Saturday delivery, so you may want to take the info you received with a grain of salt. But here's to hoping for all of us.

I have seen numerous instances where others have received their "out for delivery notices" and yet I am stuck at processing since ordering 10April15 xx:04. I have a friend that ordered the same watch, 5 minutes later than I based on email confirmation yet he is awaiting delivery TODAY!! It's not apples and oranges, it's a flawed system. For reference it's the 42mmSG

Sorry, but I'm EXTREMELY skeptical that your friend ordered a 42mm SG at 12:09 am PDT and has his watch out for delivery today. If so, you should get his email and delivery screenshots and take the info to the Space Gray thread.

Does UPS deliver for Apples Orders on Saturdays?

They have in the past, but I only recall seeing this once and it was the iPad debut. Saturday was the actual launch day.

Someone else can chime in if they have seen this otherwise.

The 42mm SS Classic Buckle is also in short supply and I have seen people that ordered up to 3 hours after me but they are receiving theirs today. One of which is a co-worker of mine. He showed me the order status page and the email he received. He wasn't full of it unfortunately.

Use the UPS app and it'll tell you what time your delivery is expected. If you haven't signed up for the My Choice service (I think that's what it's called), you can do that for free and then it'll give you a time estimate. Mine says between 10-2.

Yea, but...my UPS account is a business account and I am having the watch delivered to my home. They cannot handle that. Can. Not. I have indicated that I do have a domicile but UPS is not having any of that. No sir. If I am not having the **** thing delivered to my work address they would rather die than tell me when it is arriving. I keep on getting red messages stopping me from finding out when my watch will get to my house. Evidently, that is none of my **** business.

Oh well, I am staying at home and doing my computer work until the UPS guy arrives. Usually, they come in the afternoon BUT I don't ever rely on consistency when it's important. This would be the only time they delivered in the morning.

The reality is if you aren't getting a watch today it probably won't get to you until the middle of next week.

I also just got charged for my 42mm SG black band. Hopefully we will shipment soon for tomorrow or Monday.

If you move to preparing for shipment I would think you should get it the next business day. Ive had several reps tells me (consistent info for once) that all orders will continue to go out next day air.

I have seen it for myself (delivery invoice etc) and it's real. I will however, not post it on this forum as he is my close friend and that type of attention is unnecessary.
