I'm getting my Monday but reading the posts it's sad that Apple did us dirty.

Not too sure they "did us dirty" but I agree it's super frustrating. They're still within the 4/28-5/8 window, so...technically they're not doing anything incorrect but yeah....it sucks...

There's actually 2 different black sport bands. One with a grey pin for the SG sport and another with a silver pin for the SS models.

I was going to say...I'm waiting on a space gray sport and I'm still processing so they're definitely not going FIFO by any means.

Nope I agree they did us dirty I ordered my SS 42mm classic buckle in the and had the confirmation email at 310am EST and I am still processing and I know people who ordered the same watch later than I did who have already received theirs. So Apple may still be in the delivery window but they did lie about shipping in order of the orders.:mad:

True, good point. It seems like this time orders are originating from the U.S. Where in the past they shipped directly from China. So it's probably a supply chain issue where they allocate batches to different DCs and then it depends what's in stock at each one based on your location. When they came directly from China they were more efficient since ALL were in one spot...only thing that I think could remotely make sense...that and the siginificantly more SKUs...

This. I know of 2 personal accounts where colleagues that ordered the 42SS BCB after me received theirs but I'm stuck processing.

At this point, Apple can even CHANGE the 05/08 delivery to June if they want to and people won't complain.

We should send mass emails to Apple "notifying" them of this problem.

Exactly what I've been saying since this fiasco started......if they offered that to us, I for one would feel a bit more valued as a customer

You really think they will trawl through millions of orders then changing them to another model complicating the whole process even more ? All because you are pi$$ed off that you didn't get it day one .... They are still within the time given ... Why not worry on 5/9 ? ...

What's interesting is that the time you ordered and the time you got the confirmation email may not be the time your order was actually processed. When I called Apple to rectify an issue with my credit card, the guy was able to give a breakdown on when everything happened with my order including time placed and the time it was actually processed. I got my order in at 12:02 PDT, received the email at 12:04, but the Apple guy said my order wasn't actually processed (i.e. the bank pinged to verify payment) till 12:12. I think k that's why I wasn't in the first wave.

I think most people is not pissed off because they didn't get it on day one.. they're pissed off because people who ordered LATER AND have LONGER delivery date got their watches EARLY.

You have such a good point why didn't I think of that.....are you going to tell everyone on here to wait until 5/9

By the way they found it easy to email millions of people advising of delays and where to watch the Apple watch videos...

Whilst I repsect everyones opinion, if you don't like hearing people moan about not getting there watch, then find another forum :D

P.s I'm guessing your in reciept of your watch

I'm pretty sure my Blue Sport from the dev lottery is going to ship and arrive well before my SS Classic Buckle with launch window delivery. If it does, I'll probably just cancel my SS order, even though I much prefer the look of the SS and the option of making it dressy.

Yeah I think this is a very good call......does anyone else not like the way Apple take the money then put it back then take it again later, just keep it on the initial authorisation lol

3 orders and all still in processing hell.....sigh

I'm here with you bro !!:D
