One thing I did notice. If you watch the ifixit.com teardown of the two different models, there is a large difference between the sport and regular SS version.

The crown rotation area and surrounding parts are much beefier in the SS model. Don't know why exactly, but they are of better 'quality'.

Anyone else notice that?

It's more expensive? Glad they put better parts in a better model. Makes....sense.

Where did you find the SS version tear down I could only find the sports version

anyone's composite back scratched?

Also, it seems the "Activate on wrist raise" bug is also tied to "Cover to mute."

If I do the cover to mute gesture on an app, then raise my wrist, it goes back to my clock face... However this also means cover to mute doesn't work outside of notifications...

Ok found it.

Step 9 is the sport crown.

Step 28 is the regular watch version.

it is NOT a complete breakdown of the 'watch' version...but more then enough to see the LARGE crown difference.

and the comments are:

"It looks like not too much has changed. The mounting bracket for the Digital Crown looks significantly more substantial, and the bottom features gold tri wing screws."

I think most people is not pissed off because they didn't get it on day one.. they're pissed off because people who ordered LATER AND have LONGER delivery date got their watches EARLY.

That's fair enough .... But as has been said many times .... The timing of orders is not as simple as the time you were emailed there .... And the stock levels may differ from region to region .... Which is possibly why Apple gave a 2 week delivery span

Shoot me. My Deliveries app went off, thinking my status had changed. Nope, it was something else unrelated I ordered several days ago and had forgotten about.

Had another moment like that this morning with a notification from my credit card app. It as reminding me that my payment is due on the 5th.

Still Processing

Is there a lot still stuck in processing
Apple told me they were sure they would have the orders processed in the time frame 4/24-5/8 as stated in my notification

Im still stuck in processing for my 42 MM SS Milanese and i was in the first delivery window. So frustrated. I just want my watch or at least know a more accurate timeframe in which to expect it.
