Ah, I think I got the samea complete tease email (for SS/BCB). Subject: "Your Apple Watch Order W...." then "We're working on your order. [...] Your Apple Watch will be delivered between April 24th and May 8th. When your order ships, we'll send you an email with a specific delivery date and tracking information."
I actually had no hope of getting the watch on 4/24 until I saw that email, and since I didn't read it closely at first, I thought it had said the order was preparing to ship ... and then a few hours later, I read it more closely and realized it was telling me what I suspected all along: not to expect the watch on 4/24.
As strange as this sounds, I agree- as soon as i accepted the face that my watch was going to be delayed, my card was charged (4/24), i ordered a 38 mm space gray sport at 12:01, it delivers tomorrow
I am one of the (seemingly) few waiting for anything to happen on my Space Gray with the first wave delivery window.

I read somewhere that the website didn't come up until preorders had been live a few minutes. It strange because I could have sworn starting to order on the website a few seconds after 3 (EST). My actual confirm time wasn't until xx:03:24, as I had to make a few changes, but is there anyone who kept trying the website and it wouldn't come up until later?

Oh! My wife got that email last week and her watch shipped today.

If i were you snipes tomorrow is my due day idk what the next step would be but i would take it. If by 12AM Tuesday your still processing----i'd go to your local apple store and express your displeasure with them you'd be surprised they've helped me in store with an online issue before. Not saying theyd give you a watch lol but youd be with the watches you could play with it while you there and demand you not leave until your status changes lmao. im trying to think of ideas i truly have been trying to be HELPFUL despite what a few of you have decided.----------

Cuz my ship notice was sent to me 4/25 when i checked UPS first it said scheduled 4/28 on my uPS my choice. However once it got passed like the first step UPS switched the date to 4/27 early delivery by 3 for commercial by end of day for residential.
They ship next day air i would imagine like the rest of us so it should be just one business day which would be Monday and u getting it Tuesday.

I'll give until Tuesday before I officially give Apple my peace of mind! I should at least be charged by now. Only thing I've gotten is my AppleCare authorized twice but removed after it times out.

That is the million dollar question my only answer i can think of is for this launch time had less do with order then style + time did. Which is wrong....But i feel like they won't ever tell us exactly what happened. And i am sure Apple Watch 2 launch will be much more organized. I unfortunately didnt take part in 2007 iphone launch...were u able to preorder that? I wonder how those fulfillments went in comparison to this.

Same, except I'm in Phoenix. Hopefully we will wake up Monday morning and will have some shipping notifications to look at. And apple watches by Tuesday or Wednesday. Wouldn't that be nice.
Wow, I was kicking myself for not getting the Milanese loop SS 42, because I figured my order of a SG 42mm sports at 12:03 was why I'm still in processing hell. I thought the mid range were shipping faster.
