Look I know this is nothing serious and, either 24th or the 8th, hey it's better than june.

BUT this has NEVER happened to me with the deliveries app. I'm freaking out right now because i've used it for years, 100+ times and never had so much uncertainty as with this order. The desktop and ios app are showing different entries. It's perplexing.

So it appears that all the people posting their apple watch chargers are all in Asia. One instagram photo I saw had much easier delivery dates of the watch chargers that the ones we are getting in the US? Anyone have any insight to why?

I've been using the deliveries app for years as well and it has always defaulted to showing the last possible day to deliver an item when it could figure this out. Doesn't mean it has on every single item i've bought, especially when you are using it to track an order on a specific site not just follow a package, it is much harder for them to decode the information.

it has no relation to when your order will actually ship. Just the last possible day the order estimates you'll receive it.

Is there some sort of past documentation that this has happened before?

All four orders of mine have changed to show the last delivery date of the range. Before only one order, for the SS Black, showed a date. Maybe something is happening?

I have a June date and mine updated to 43 days until delivery. Haha!!

For those using the Deliveries app...

I just entered the order number for my order of an extra watch cable...and it is saying the same thing about that order: "Delivers BY 4/30" when the Apple site tells me the window is 4/27-4/30.

It's grabbing the latest date and indicating the item will be delivered ON OR BEFORE that date. If it indicates ANYTHING, it's probably that Apple's order system is beginning to update orders and things are getting ready to move.

Exactly. This is happening because we are all using our Apple order number instead of a shipping tracking number.

Same thing here! My deliveries date just updated to May 8-- and I got so upset! Then I checked my order status and nothing changed there.. Still says Processing and the delivery date is the range.. Is something happening?! Ahh! So excited !

Yup, changed to delivers by 5/8 on the deliveries app for me as well. Not angry, just a bit worried.
