The Max Pro started out with November 2nd through 15th, as I remember. I wouldn't doubt that they will be very popular...
So the people with 16" M1 Max saying October 26th are lying? The Max Pro started out with November 2nd through 15th, as I remember. I wouldn't doubt that they will be very popular...
I don't think so...I got online immediately after the event and saw Oct 26 initially on my config...but by the time I got it into the cart and hit go (about 30 min later) it was already at Nov 10-17. 16" M1 Max 64GB/4TB. Already wishing I ordered 8TB though, my current MBP is 2016 model with 2TB...and Its always a struggle to keep it below the limit. Ive been waiting longer than normal for an upgrade. So the people with 16" M1 Max saying October 26th are lying?

I got errors too but was relentless in my assault. October 26 date still showing.same (but 14") and in fact i got all kinds of errors (using the iphone apple store app) and then when i finally got to the checkout page, the apple pay button did nothing... clicked it over and over again and even tried the other buttons, still nothing. some minutes later i was able to finally get apple pay to work and sure enough, nov 10.
I suggest 32GB for Lightroom and photoshopIs 16GB unified memory enough? I’m doing photoshop semi-pro and planning on cutting movies but not professionally.
Using the iPhone 13 series as a gauge with slightly less demand I expect 4-6wks Canadian stores to get stock of mid-tier models.Doesn't seem to be any in-store pick-up options in Canada. Will these not be sold in stores come next week?

Or maybe learn to write.Um, the Max and Max Pro aren't the same processor. Reading comprehension can go a long way there...
Well, thanks for that. I mistyped. I was trying to find it to correct it.Or maybe learn to write.
You literally said Max Pro. Is that the M1 Max Macbook Pro? Or is it the Maxxed out M1 Pro? In the latter case, you are missing two letters.
So yeah, eat your own words and learn to write.
ummm...They are called the M1 Pro and the M1 MaxUm, the Max and Max Pro aren't the same processor. Reading comprehension can go a long way there...

The M1 Max (fully loaded) initially said Oct timeline within minutes of the order page opening. Within 15-30 minutes it dropped to Nov 7. At least thats my experience.
That's a pretty nice one, must be from some canceled ordersI just got a text message from Apple saying my Dec. 3-24 ship time was moved up to Nov. 17-24. Nice!
Same thing just happened to me!I just got a text message from Apple saying my Dec. 3-24 ship time was moved up to Nov. 17-24. Nice!
Mine was to arrive on 26th but now it doesn’t show the date. I hope it is on it’s way.
Thanks. It came back and is now in Shipping in progress. My, and many others, had their date disappear fro the iPad Mini. Glitch in the matrix I suppose...

I just got a notification that my MacBook Pro 14" will be delivered this Thursday. Ahead of the original 3-8 Nov. delivery timeframe. Anyone else get an updated delivery date mail?
Delivery dates for various MacBook Pro configurations have started to slip, with some of the 16-inch MacBook Pro models now listing delivery dates ranging from November 2 to November 16, up from the original October 26 delivery date.

For stock machines, the entry-level $2,499 16-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Pro chip and high-end 16-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Max chip now list November 2 to November 9 delivery dates, with the middle tier option delivering from October 26 to November 2.
As for the 14-inch machines, October 26 delivery continues to be an option for now, but the higher-end model with 10-core CPU and 16-core GPU might not deliver until November 2.
Custom configurations have longer lead times and some higher-end machines that have been customized will not be shipping out until November or even December in the case of a maxed out 16-inch MacBook Pro.
If you want a 14-inch MacBook Pro on launch day, it's best to order now as the delivery estimates will continue to slip for all machines. Apple should have MacBook Pro models available for in-store purchase on Tuesday, but that will be limited to stock configurations.
