The bundled Apple Thunderbolt 3 Pro Cable is super nice ^^ Hope Apple will sell them separately in the future...
The Nano is glorious. The best anti-reflective solution I’ve seen. Just no glare at all.
Got mine but I think it's defective — there are two strips of LEDs in the bottom 1/3 of the screen that are always rendering things incorrectly, often like they are trying to display the image offset by a few pixels, or just showing the wrong color. Really bummed.

Update: Updating to macOS 10.15.2 fixed it, support docs say that's the minimum required version so sort of wish it just hadn't worked at all without it.

I saw them pop up for in-store pickup today in a few stores, so I snagged one. 30min later the order got canceled with no notification or anything.
I'm starting to experience wake from sleep issues with my 3 year old LG UltraFine 5K, so might go the same route as you even though it's overkill for Xcode.
BTW Curtis, I can't believe you're a newbie here!
Have you tried resetting your NVRAM/PRAM? This has been documented as fixing the sleep issue with the UltraFine 5K display.

Definitely buying the Nano at some point. I still have my 30” ACDs. I love the matte. I work on bright environments and the glare of standard screens are unbearable.
Oh man! Finally got to see the nano glass in store. It’s awesome but agree with the other comments that it tends to wash out the colors

This was a tough choice and I deliberated for over an hour at the Apple store, comparing both nano glass and standard glass side by side.
The TLDR is that the nano excels at minimizing glare, but it does come at the expense of appearing a little more washed out. The colors are not as vivid and this is especially apparent in dark mode and when looking at dark colors including blacks. Also, when looking at text, the writing just appears sharper on the standard glass.
Given the lighting environment in my office and my ability to control the external lights, and given that I will be reading a lot on this display, I think I will end up keeping the standard glass after much deliberation.
I did shoot a video comparing both of them and took some pictures, which I will post when back home.

the glare is just too annoying on the standard.
Received mine today (standard glass).
Sitting side-by-side with my Thunderbolt displays, the glare is basically comparatively unnoticeable. The nano would have been a waste for my setup.
