Delivery Thread for 27" iMac December Orders

Well it is now the 21st yet Apple are still quoting delivery times on the web site for the 27" of 'January' so can we assume from this anything ordered, say, early December looks like early January for delivery?! They do have 2-weeks of orders since mine made on the 8th December so early Jan bodes well (hopes!).
 
Still at the "Processing" stage, but it's a BTO......As January gets closer, it's time to start cleaning out the stuff I don't want. The last 2 Imac's I've just dumped it all back...." Might need some of that" has been the excuse...After 10 years?:eek:

120GB to go through on my R4, most of which can be archived or deleted....Also time to go through my Aperture libraries too...By the time I've done that, the newbie will be here, or close.
 
Ordered on 8.50am release day, expected 27-28th December ...
But still shows processing -


Should I be concerned ?
I made amendment to order at a later date but they said it would not effect delivery, and date expected did not change.

Sorry but there are still a number of 1mid day 11/30 orders that have yet to fill. Consider yourselves blessed if you have moved off Processing
 
Dec 7th

Ordered on the 7th, maxed out everything except ram, with ssd. Ordered from the apple store. Was promised January but its coming by the 26th.

On the road again!!!

Shipped!!! It only took a couple of hours to go from Preparing to Ship to Shipped; I guess the plane was ready to go so there was very little hold up.
 
I ordered mine on 10-DEC, and live in Canada. i just had a chat with the Apple rep, and she said I should expect to see changes in the status in the new year. :(
 
Still processing... Order base 27" with 1TB fusion on dec. 4th.

At least, i'm tracking my superdrive coming to my house. But again, when i order the super drive, apple give me 21-24 december for delivery, and fedex is saying december 26.

I want my imac. Is incredible that we need to wait so long for having our computer.....

I see lot of delivery with the maxed 27". But did some people like me have base plus 1TB fusion delivery to them ???
 
My 27" BTO was placed on Dec 1st and it shipped today with scheduled delivery on the 24th. However, I had it delivered to my office (to avoid signature issues) but we're closed Mon/Tue next week for X-mas so I'm out of luck and won't get it until the 26th... unless I arrange to pick it up at the regional UPS center.:eek:

Update: some glitch/delay leaving Shanghai so it's not arriving on the 24th as originally stated and UPS can not give me a revised delivery date. Nor can I change the instructions back to having the iMac delivered to my office as originally planned. I'm in limbo for now!

Ordered on Dec 2 (3:55pm - Colorado) and just went to
Preparing for Shipment...
delivery estimate was 28 Dec - 4 Jan which has not changed.

Core I7 3.4 1TB fusion 675mx
