For those still having problems, especially with the reservation expiring today, I would honestly just e-mail Tim. Even though I was able to get my order through last night, I just received a call right now from the executive relations team, saying they received my e-mail from last night, and apologized for all of the inconvenience. They explained that they have had some problems with the reservations (you don't say…), and they thanked me for bringing it to their attention, and told me to let them know if there are any further issues with my order. They were what I was hoping the regular Apple Support would be.
