I tried again this morning, still doesn't work for me. This is the error I'm receiving
"We're sorry. Your existing rate plan isn't an eligible iPhone plan. You can contact your carrier to keep your current phone number. You can also create a new account at an Apple Store."
I really hate Apple right now (and I've already hated sprint since the day I got it).
 
All kinds of problems conspired to prevent me from getting my Jet Black 7 order Before November last night...
But I have one "reserved" email, just Teasing me...
-Should I Cancel my "Turkey Time" pre-order and go for Apple's reservation?
Anything will surely be Faster, no??
What do I risk?

As others have already confirmed: this morning I was able to complete my reservation. The bug was resolved overnight. I cancelled the October 4-October 10 order I placed yesterday afternoon, and placed the new order through the reservation link. Delivery date: September 16. All is right in the world. Or my world, anyway.

FYI guys, I've been trying to get a rose gold 256 gb for my wife for the last 24 hours (she wants the bigger screen and doesn't listen to headphones like I do lol) got the same message and basically APPLE LOST MY F@#$%#@ reservation!!!
In other words there was never a phone reserved for us so now we're stuck waiting over a month waiting for the phone. The problem is that she was on a ATT NEXT plan and we paid extra money to get the ability to upgrade last night and now the 10 day countdown is ticking to return her 6S. This is going to be a mess arguing with ATT not to charge us the remaining balance in 10 days as obviously she's not giving up her phone until her 7+ comes in!

Seems to be working now, I have AT&T. I spent all day yesterday jumping through hoops trying to get it to work, from activating lines to calling people in possession of an old flip phone to read me the verification text.

As it turns out, the delivery date is worse than what i have now; 28th-30th. Guess I'll stick to what I ended up with and hope it gets bumped. I may try calling to upgrade to expedited shipping. Also may end up camping out at the store.

I've used the second email various times and I'm still getting that same message? I'm hoping my reservation didn't just disappear!
 
I have a reservation that expires tonight for an iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB Gold for Sept. 16, I don't really know if I can transfer or instead of mine, someone can put their data, IDK, but I won't use it because I oredered through at&t; minutes before Apple sent me the link :$

You were damn smart to do that. I'd be very surprised if the link ever works. Word for the wise: If you get that BS "reservation link" again, it means you should keep trying to place another through other means anyway as there is NO GUARANTEE that you will actually get the reservation in!

The link works right now and like I posted yesterday, I have still the delivery date for Sept.16, thing is that because I ordered through AT&T, now my account is not elegible for upgrade, so I can't pre-order from Apple.

My reservation works as of this morning, ship date being offered for a 7+ Jet Black 128GB is Oct 19-Nov1.

Has anyone that has taken their reservation and cancelled their second order been enrolled in the IUP as a new user? I am considering taking the Jet Black preorder but am not sure how the swap will work out since my second order is a IUP. I'm worried if I cancel and go through this process they will deny the plan on the second, unless Charter One allows one individual to have multiple IUP loans.
 
Wow it does in fact work now!!!! Jet Black 128 September 27th delivery, & Black 256 September 16th delivery!!! Now who do I sue for all this pain and suffering......

You can have up to 2 loans, I just cancelled my first IUP plan and redid my reservation on IUP and it went through fine...

You're more forgiving than I am :). Having spent 12 hours on hold Apple will be shipping to me on time whether they realize it now or not. I'm too far invested in this mess to turn back now.

I had this problem at times, as well, yesterday. Sometimes, if I logged in via entering my reservation number instead of Apple ID, it would log me in. Perhaps give that a try, if you haven't.

Edit: nevermind, I misread. I thought you were able to get to the log in screen, initially.

Yah I log in, see the reservation information, click continue, then the checkout page says bag empty instead of showing me my order.
