The current Intel 16" seems to get a lot of stick, but I absolutely love mine. The screen is big enough for all day use without having to hook up to an external monitor, yet still portable enough for mobile use. After over a year of daily use, battery life is still great. And as I only use it for general office and graphics work, it stays cool as a cucumber. I've heard the fans about twice in 15 months.

I'd bet MBPs will be postponed to December 2021. Later than Apple was planning (chip shortage) but still in 2021, fulfilling the transition in 2021 as promised.

Funnily enough mine didn’t wake from sleep yesterday, and had to reboot. Looks like an OS download might have irritated it. But I still love it!
