@OP: You have said you are angry, but surely it would be better to work with the relevant staff at your Apple Store to resolve the issue rather than asking for somebody to be fired and lose their livelihood. I agree that the service you received was poor, but there might be a perfectly good explanation why the salesperson was having a bad day.

I had a power button that wouldn't depress without extreme force. The guy saw it, tried fixing it for two minutes in the back, came out and said it couldn't be fixed, and I left 5 minutes later replacement phone in hand.
I'd be pissed if I were you, too. However, I would've asked for a manger before I left, and I wouldn't have left the store without replacements in hand.

I was very skeptical when I read this as to whether it was true or not.
After reading the whole thread, I think the OP is just a drama queen. I suspect there wasn't a legitimate reason to exchange the phones and the OP is just mad about that and wants to try and stir up some trouble.

Just got back from the same store. Spoke with a manager and he pulled her aside and told her it was unacceptable. Supposedly another customer was having the same issue with her.
The manager made her replace both iPhones for me while I taunted her the whole time with a smirk. Took some pics of her working around the store too on the new iPhones. Uploading to Facebook later.

Wow. Now not only do you sound immature, you sound like a creep and a stalker. If I were a manager there and saw you do that I would consider banning you to protect my employee (manager does not know you and that is a very creepy behavior to display from some one you do not know).

Scalpers are the worst. I never buy from them. Buy an iPad 2 for $499 then try to sell it for $700.
For the Craigslist scalpers, I agree to meet up with them and cancel when they arrive at the meeting place.

I also hope you waited for her after work and shouted at her as she was going home as well, at least so you could get her address and send her threatening...oops, funny notes in the mail.
