I call BS!

The APP description states you have to send your friend a request and if they accept the request, you can see them on a map.

Did the OP really install the app, send a request and probably delete the confirmation email that's in her email account warning her? Possible but I doubt it.

If it is true and she is the rich one, just start dating yourself! Much easier than divorce. :D

I got my wife a new 4s....

... thankfully, she's the rich one.

So, you got it with HER money?

... the dumb b!otch said she was on 10th Street!!...

Wow! Nice way to refer to someone you've shared a life with....

See how smart you are going to feel when your idiotic post is dragged into court, particularly since it appears to be under your real name.

Geez dude, you make it really, really hard for anyone normal to feel bad for you. I don't expect you to get any of this, though.

Sure hope this is a joke, but with so many dipsticks out there, it may be real.

Everyone Relax!
She was at Color Tess Salon, which is exactly where the dot put her.
She was running late and she was at the salon a little longer than she thought she would be. She was getting her hair done to surprise her husband!!!

(we stayed open extra late just to take care of her)

The person will only get an invitation email if the address you send the request to is not the AppleID being used in the app.

wow. the pathetic nature of 'online journalism'

this story has no source whatsoever, and now its on the cover of yahoo.

which in essence means: never trust establishment sources. EVER.

Lol, how else would someone refer to a cheating spouse?
"i can't believe my honey-bunny could do such a thing!"

Nah, i think based off the +1s he's received most people understand where he's coming from, and i do feel bad for him.

It could well be a joke, but the fact remains..you can use FMF to catch your spouse :p

I think its odd how this thread literally went viral over night and the guy has not come back to post anything like "Wow, I can't believe this post is all over the internet" or provide some sort of update.

I caught him with a app like this...

I caught my ex-husband with the app through Sprint...Family Locator...Great way to catch someone lying...It showed me exactly where he was and i busted them!!! yayyy for me...Now I'm free!!

I am there with ya! Just happened tonight.

Hey Thomas,

I don't have an IPhone (I have an android) and unfortunately I don't have the app you had talked about, but I did read a text message on my wife's phone tonight from her 'boyfriend.' I had felt like something was going on somewhere and I just never had any proof or evidence. Well, tonight I do. I feel your pain and frustration! It seems that no matter what you do or how hard one may try it just doesn't matter when it comes to love, relationships and marriage.

Randy

I got my wife a new 4s and loaded up find my friends without her knowing. She told me she was at her friends house in the east village. I've had suspicions about her meeting this guy who live uptown. Lo and behold, Find my Friends has her right there.

I just texted her asking where she was and the dumb b!otch said she was on 10th Street!! Thank you Apple, thank you App Store, thank you all. These beautiful treasure trove of screen shots going to play well when I meet her a$$ at the lawyer's office in a few weeks.

thankfully, she's the rich one.

It is entirely possible if he went to a lawyer, the lawyer told him to **** and quit posting.

Or it's an epic troll job.

It's not real. He posted this thread on October 16th, at 12:42 AM and told us how she texted him saying she was on 10th street. If you look at the screenshot of her messages, they didn't happen until after 1am.

I'm not saying whether I think it's a true story or not, but your argument doesn't hold up: Technically, he sent those text messages to her after he had already located her using FMF, which is when he started the thread.

are you stupid?

All you proved is that she was lying where she was. **** i bet there aren't many men here who have never lied to their wives about where they were.

There is no proof of infidelity. SO this will not help you AT ALL if you get a divorce. Also like you said she's rich, so she can probably hire better lawyers than you can.

ANyways, sorry bro. I told her not to lie to you. ;) :D

I find it interesting that so many people on this thread think he needs "proof" that she cheated in order to help him in court. Since when does the legal system care if someone was cheating or not? They don't. He doesn't need proof to get a divorce, nor will the "proof" have any substantial impact on the financial outcome of the divorce.

Wow. Could you please link to your business website so I can send all my friends there so you can take advantage of this BS story and make some money ?

that really sucks i actually assumed some of this stuff would happen when they announced this for everyone doubting it really doesn't seem that far fetched, maybe its a hoax but in all honesty its very very possible.

I wanted to be part of this and the news! :D. Legally its possible to get a divorce faster with the location and proof there was some maliciousness. It's not illegal to have the app, she accepted to have it..Failure. But like said previously why would he be on here if he just caught his wife cheating. I can't wait to hear more about this. To me it sounds plausible, lawyer said no more before you get more deeper in this. Don't talk to no new outlets and just wait for you divorce to happen. No need of ruining two lives with the internet, once its online it never disappears. How will there lives be when on the streets "Your that girl they caught with the iphone, right?"
