I never use a case. I think it’s a shame not to feel the glass back and the metal frame. On top of that, a case makes an iPhone look less attractive. If you’re mindful when taking your phone out of your pocket and not careless, nothing is likely to happen anyway. Plus, I have insurance that covers screen damage both at home and outside, and I’d rather pay for that than use a case.

I always say: my car is worth much more and I don't use a "case" for it either.

I believe a case negatively impacts the haptics of the phone in such a way that it slips out even more easily of your hand while you remove it from your pocket.

Kudos, that's funny! No case for a car!

I use a bumper case on my current iPhone because it's protective and I can easily pinch it out of my pocket versus grab it out my pocket. But yes, it negatively affects the haptics and buttons so my next iPhone I'm going with no case and in addition, less weight and bulk

I usually haven't on my iPhone 16 Pro, but man did it end up getting scratched on the screen. I've been using a case only to help hold the phone straight in the MagBak car mount.. but when I get the iPhone Air, I'm certainly ready to go naked again (they say 3x more resistant to scratches)

I always use a case on my phone. Currently rocking a caudabe sheath gray case on my iPhone 15PM

I’ve been tempted to use my iPhones naked before, but they are slippery. I did buy the bumper, so I will see how that goes.
haha.
this reminds me of:
'youre holding it wrong!'
but instead:
'it's your hand thats slippery!'

simple solution you could just buy otterbox gloves and then you wont need a case! :)

Case less with AC+ here as well. This is the first phone I don’t find slippery. Plus the torture tests are showing this phone is indestructible.

The major reason I use a case is to enable me to handle the phone roughly. That way with a case on, I don’t have to think twice about throwing/sliding the phone onto a table. Also when it falls, the side edge protection saves the screen from cracks.
Also conversely I want to hide the Apple logo but love iOS so... 🤪

Its only been a few hours, but as a non case user, the 17 Pro feels way better in my hand than the 16 Pro. The 16 hurt my hands like crazy. I guess its the material change? We’ll see if this lasts but for now Im happy

Never used a case. Now I just use Amex phone coverage which is a $50 deductible for up to $800 twice a year as long as you just pay your cell phone bill on the amex. Used to buy the AppleCare but didn't use it once in previous two years so going without.

Need a case for my 3 year old to watch his shows every now and then, but otherwise planning on going without.

I’m pretty careful with my gadgets so no case for my 16. I would rock the air caseless. iPhone are must much more durable. I remember dropping my iPhone 8 Plus and yes it broke but since then dropping my mini and my current iPhone they’ve been durable and can take a hit. With titanium and reinforced glass I believe the air will be fine.
