I've used it all over. Sprouts, Walgreens, whole foods... An in app with Priceline. Never had a issue.

BUT

I wish certain stores would change their process or maybe there should be a standard. I use my MasterCard Checkcard and At Whole Foods or Sprouts I just tap to pay, then done!! Vs Walgreens where it kills the convenience by asking a ton of questions on the terminal like "Credit or Debit?" "Cash back?" Etc. I think that defeats the purpose of using apple pay. It should be set where if you use apple pay it completed the transaction as soon as your phone says "Done!"

I understand it would work at Walgreens this way if I was using a Credit Card, but Checkcards should work just as easy.

My credit union is getting Apple Pay in about a week or so.

When Apple announced it I knew I'd sit back and see what happens, but after 6 months it seems to have caught on pretty well and no security issues have been reported (that I know of).

Have you used Apple Pay? How has it worked for you?

I use it as often as I can. Love it! Very fast!!

I don't see any advantage of Apple pay. I cannot pay with it everywhere, so I have to carry my wallet anyway. For me there is no difference swipe or "touch". It is like a toy for me now. I can live without it. If I drop my CC it won't break. I ysed Applepay 3 times , once at CVS at luanch, 2 times at WholeFoods

I guarantee it'll get a lot better in a few months. Tons of places have already upgraded their readers and just need to turn chip/NFC support on. Try some of the smaller businesses at the link in my signature (and the ones listed at MasterCard's website/the MasterCard Nearby app).

I use mine on the Coke machine at the mall. Very easy! Just tap once, I can get multiple drinks then press the complete button on the terminal when i'm done.
