Does anyone have an iPhone 5s that doesn't rattle?

I sent mine back. Apple can keep their rattling phones. Saying that it's "normal" is hilarious.

Swapped mine over yesterday, opened 2 brand new boxes and guess what?
They both had the loose power on/off buttons

If it didn't actually affect the video recording so much I would live with it, buy all my other iPhones I've had have never done this so why would the latest iPhone being the 5S do this? I'm tempted to take mine back for a refund also....

I just checked mine and it rattles too (AT&T). Honestly, I'm OCD and this doesn't bug me at all - who cares?

How is everyone testing this 'rattle'? Are you connecting the phone to a mount on a car dash while driving like the OP?

Would like to test mine but don't have a car at the moment. Is there any other way?

Thanks ;)

I noticed a rattle on my 4s but since then I've never had one, I've got a 5 and it's fine, it seems when they upgrade the lens it rattles, I actually had my 4s replaced when it was new due to the rattle, went back in a few weeks and told it was normal.

Take a look at this.

Record audio, shake it/move it.

It wouldn't be a problem if it didn't affect video recording. But it does, and it's very noticeable.

Mine rattles, but I expected it. These phones are built under high stress, high pressure conditions to meet massive demand. It's nearly impossible to build a quality unit under such adverse conditions. It's no big deal, I'll replace it next year anyway. It's only a phone.

Mine rattles, though I haven't noticed it in my 5S video recordings. Went ahead and sent a detailed feedback complaint to Apple anyway.

Damn, I have a bit of OCD and I'm getting an iPhone 5S soon (currently using a 4S). I am so going to check for any rattles (among other inspections) when the phone carrier customer service officer unboxes the phone in front of me. No rattles from my 4S. Neither do I hear any from the two iPhone 4 in my home.

I've had most of them and no one rattled ...

BTW shaking a phone while recording video isn't very useful at all.

Yes thats right, but what about if your in the car or your running or walking and have a few slight parts of the recording where your moving? You can actually hear these rattles in the video :(

I have a few video recorded in car, train and also on a plane, and none of them has rattles in audio so I don't know ...

Surely I can tell you that if I shake my iPhone I can't hear any sound.

This is good news, lets hope its a new batch and that Apple have tweaked the loose power button!

Would like to know the details too please

family got another 5S, rattles. This makes 100% of every iPhone 5S ive ever held with a power button that rattles, including friends at my college. & every apple display model in every color.

I have OCD and the fact that mine rattles does not bother me. But to answer your question no I don't have one that doesn't rattle. I think its a 98 % chance that you will have one that rattles.
